I couldn't help but notice your 'Floor Sense' doesn't seem to be on during the entire video. The head of the vacuum should light up and display the type of flooring. This makes a significant difference on the vacuums quality, especially when changing from hard floors to carpet. Was floorsense disabled for any particular reason during this trial?
Realistically, one wouldn't vacuum that big of a pile. I own this machine, and this machine agitates very well, and pull a lot of dirt up. I think if he did it on a regular floor, where it has sidewalls up, he wont see the big pile flying everywhere. Overall, this machines cyclone and ability to pick that debris up is quite impressive.
@@VacMaster1991 I think you do a rather fair test. You put the vacuum to the ultimate test, and make it work. This is by far the best visual comparison. You just need to get a camera mount and attach it to the head and have it filming down, so we can see it pick up stuff from that angle plus agitate. It's not easy to film and hold the vacuum.
This was amazing! But you should wear a mask while making and cleaning up these mess tests. I have to do the same because I start sneezing and coughing if and when I do huge mess tests.
I have avoided big ones for this reason. Have an allergy/asthma sufferer in my house. I have to be sure he wont be home for a while and that I can open the windows before I do this.
Do you still recommend the React? How's the vacuum holding up? The electronics concern me a little. Seems like a possible weak point. A simple switch for the brush roll would have been better in my opinion. (High, Low, Off). With a switch you could also turn the brush roll off while vacuuming on carpet. This is a problem for me with cat litter sometimes. I also wonder why Hoover didn't add a strip behind the brush roll to prevent debris being kicked back. This would have helped with the seal to the floor as well.
Thank you for spoiling us with these humongous mess tests!! I’d love to see the dyson up next! Do you have a plan for which vacuum is next? Thank you again! And consider the face mask - this massive amount of mess isn’t good for you!
I own the same vacuum cleaner. I think the reason why it's spitting the dirt everywhere is because there is a clog where the brushroll is. the design for this vacuum is very poor and there is huge amounts of dirt that gets piled up there. If the vacuum is spitting dirt out, I would fully recommend disassembling the parts near the brush roll.v
This is really great.
the 3M comfort cool ones are nice and soft with the p100 filters I had one during covid they said they were effective when you couldn't find any masks
Amazing 😍
Do a huge mess test using a Regina Electrikbroom
I don't have one of those

I turned it off on purpose for the video, since sometimes it won't register low pile rugs.
That's concerning how much dust made it through to the motor. Thanks for sharing!
Yes it is. The pre motor filters are to large to fit in the housing. So dust goes past in to the motor.

I miss these mess tests. Any plans to create more?
Not sure. Maybe someday
What happened to all of your reacts?
I donated 1, got rid of another and still have one which needs new parts.

They are great vacuums. I am just comparing it to the other machines I have done big mess tests with.

I have tried mounting cameras to vacuums. Id rather not. Its a phone to. A Galaxy S9+ I don't want it to fall of and get run over.

But my vac has a Hepa Filter too so once it's running, that helps clean the air. LOL
My shop vac has a HEPA filter to.

I don't use it much. I use my Miele and Dyson mostly. The last time I used it. The React worked fine though.
Is there a specific vac that you use to clean up the access dirt that gets spit out of the rugs and onto the hard cement?
Can you please make a dyson dc 40 origin big mess test
I would suggest wearing a face mask

I already looked after the test. There was no clogs in the brush
Another great mess test!! 👏🏻
