Wow that's a lot of dust. That would flare up my allergies 🤧. You guys can get a humidifier to help with the dust. It will help a bit.
Linet, I believe that they made you guys waste money doing this skim coating. I really wanted to understand what skimming is used for, so I watched a video and you guys did not need it. Your walls were already plastered smoothly so all it needed was primer and paint. It's already been done so. Based on the video I watched, skimming is not necessary for smooth surfaces.
