Based on my research, because you will get PR on arrival, you can change employers at any time, provided you continue to work in an eligible caregiving position if you wish to fulfill any conditions related to your job offer or maintain your career in caregiving.

For evaluation of results for the pilot program, do I also need to convert my degree certificate which is world apart from a health care course or should I evaluate the health certificate I got on line or I can access everything together. I’m also currently in a college of health doing a certificate health program. I’m confused as to what to evaluate with WES. I’d be glad if you can help

You can get this jobs as a Caregiver without NMCN because the Job Role is for Caregivers. For Nursing Jobs, then you will need NMCN verification
