    Lindsay: "Lelouch making such an epic entrance"
    Carson: "You dare talk over Lelouch Vi Brittania?"
    I just love how both are so into the moment and loving the series.

    You mentioned the craziness of recent politics for their world, with guys, like Zero. There's a politician in Japan that made political posters and an appearance or two dressed as Zero in 2020. I think it was a candidate for Tokyo's Governor position. Imagine how weird that must be - a governor candidate cosplaying and being inspired by a cartoon terrorist lol. Sunrise, the studio that makes Code Geass, had to put out a press release stressing they have no ties to the guy

    One thing I love is that everything Lelouch hates about his father he did himself. sending people away, protecting someone who murdered a friend, ignoring morals for the sake of the end goal, ect. His thinking is freakishly close to his fathers but you don't know it till you see the whole picture. The only time he deviates is when he relies on his friends. A perfect example being when he asked Shirley what to do with chinese Emperess. They're what ultimately make him a better person. And it's done really well.

      i do semi agree with you but i would argue that they do the same thing but in polar opposite ways ill take the examples youve given:
      both push people away to keep them out of harms way but charles did it in a manner that made lelouch resent and even hate him while lelouch pushes people away in a sense that still makes clear to everyone that he cares for them
      charles believes he knows best so he does things to 'benefit everyone' but he does it by himself (well with his brother and his wife), lelouch believes he knows best and he gets people to join him, like the black knights to fight for a common cause, in other words charles is a dictator where lelouch is a true leader

    Those two episodes were unbeleviable rollercaster and turned everything upside down. Episode 21 is the second most favourite after the final 25th.
    Just notice how well done is the scene of defeating Charles and Marianne: the music - soundrtack called Siegfried, the main protagonists Lelouch, Suzaku, C2 confronting main villain and outstanding voice acting done by Johny Yong Bosch. When Lelouch yelled: "I'll never call that an illusion! Over my dead body!" I believe you felt that really hard. This scene is almost perfect, only second after the final which you'll see soon.
    So, from now on we face the final arc, the final Lelouch's enemy - Schneizel and we are in big question: Is Lelouch still a good guy as he lost everything? He now can conquer the world and become the dictator of everyone. The epic entrance of new Emperor and new knight of Zero gives us the view that now Lelouch is the antagonist and maybe Schneizel can stop him? We'll see. One thing we can be certain that the author od this series is outstanding genius! This final battle and conclusion of this show will be amazing and I can't wait to see your reaction to that.
    Remember that the key to understand meaning of this anime is Love. In this two episodes it was clearly shown - the main wish for C2 wasn't to be finally dead but to be loved as she recevied such Geass far away in her past and the main thing Charles and Marianne lost to Lelouch was because they did not love their own child and Nunally was the victim of that abandonment.
    Also from now on you'll see the best outfits of anime characters on next episodes. Just pay attention to that.
    Let's see how you'll react for next episodes as the New Emperor of Britannia is now announced. :)
    Thank you for that reaction!

    Something that I think people miss about Suzaku that becomes very apparent here is that all his talk about the ends never justifying the means just hid the real reason he took Britannia's side for so long no matter what atrocities they committed. His motivations are basically the same as Saren's from the first Mass Effect. He has believed this entire time that Britannia is completely unbeatable and any resistance is 100% hopeless. Therefore, like Saren with the Reapers, he believed that the only way to actually change things is to prove his worth and usefulness to Britannia. He had to believe this because it was the only way he could live with himself after killing his father. That act of patricide was committed because he correctly realized that Japan could not win and that continuing the war would only lead to more needless death. But he could never accept that circumstances had changed and what wasn't possible 7-8 years ago might not be possible now, because the moment he accepts that it is at all possible for Britannia to lose - even a 1% chance, his entire justification for killing his father disappears. This is why Zero was such a big threat to him even before he Euphemia incident. Suzaku needed the deaths Zero caused to be meaningless because otherwise the murder of his father would become meaningless.
    The firing of the fleija is what finally allows Suzaku to stop trying to find meaning in his having killed his father, because the instant annihilation of 25 million people is so much worse than the murder of 1 person. He's finally done something so horrible that the thing he spent his life trying to atone for no longer matters. He can truly accept that everything he's done until now has been meaningless, from killing his father to joining the Britannian military to firing the biggest bomb the world has ever known. It all just led to more death and destruction. This acceptance of the meaninglessness of his actions frees him of the mental shackles that bound him to Britannia this whole time and finally allows him to see things as they are, not as he needed them to be. And with that, he can finally join forces with Lelouch - assuming they can work through the tiny detail of Lelouch's killing Euphie.

      my interpretation was allways that he HAD to side with britania because he killed his father for this 'peace' so no matter what britania does, if he joins the rebellion it would mean he wouldve killed his father for nothing

    The Gods is one of the many and most common used terms for C's World, a collection of human consciousness living and dead and supposedly where people go after death, throughout the Code Geass Universe. The world is visually represented many ways at different points, though all are consistent. Common images are children with the Geass symbol on their foreheads, two round planet-like objects with round runes being connected by light, white masks with red circular runes with one eye, feathers, a broken pendulum clock, a cloud of skulls or faces that appear to be in agony, aimlessly wandering black humanoid figures, and a jovian planetoid that looks similar to Jupiter. As a setting, it is shown as a blank white space, an area of endless sky and rippling reflective solid but water-like ground, as a platform underneath the Jupiter-like sphere (or a black and grey sun-like structure when corrupted).
    C.C. refers to this entity/entities as multiple things seeming to reference different religious and philosophical ideologies, saying it has been referred to as God, the Sea of Transmigration, and the Great Consciousness or Collective Unconscious.
    The Sea of Transmigration is a term used in describing the cycle of reincarnation.
    The Collective Unconscious is a concept of psychologist Carl Jung who proposed the idea that among humans individual consciousnesses, there is a collective unconscious that all humans share, which is where the thought archetypes common in nearly all cultures (The Wise Old Man, the Great Mother, the Tree of Life, etc.) comes from. Carl Jung also had other connected theories including the Persona (the figurative mask you wear to present yourself differently to different people) and the Shadow (the negative and generally suppressed parts of the human psyche), both of which are represented in C's World in the strange masks and the wandering shadow people. Held in this light, the Ragnarok Connection would be Charles' attempt to in essence destroy Personas and leave people with only the Collective Unconscious.
    In the library Charles manifests in C's World, the books there are labelled Akasha, Paranormal Phenomena, Kollektives Unbewusstes ("Collective Unconscious" in German, Jung's native tongue), Ragnarok, and Encyclopedia Britannia (a play on Encyclopedia Britannica), all of which relate to his personal goals in C's World.
    =============================================
    The Sword of Akasha is a large and mysterious hovering temple-like structure. It is unknown as to how it was created, but it was discovered by the Holy Britannian Empire and used almost exclusively by the Emperor himself. It has been said that its purpose is to kill the gods as per the Emperor's Geass contract with V.V.. Its design resembles a combination of ancient Roman and Celtic architecture. However, this is revealed to be only the platform. The Sword of Akasha is actually a large megastructure resembling a Dyson Sphere that encompasses the temple.
    The system is located in the World of C. It is commonly depicted as floating in billowing clouds with no land or sky in sight. This is revealed to be merely an illusion that hides the actual structure itself. Entry to the temple seems only possible using Thought Elevators. It also seems unusually close to a Jovian planetoid resembling Jupiter that embodies the Gods.
    Akasha (आकाश, Aakash) is a Sanskrit word literally translating to sky or indirectly meaning "aether", space as in space-time and rarely heaven.
    The word Akasha could also be a reference to the Akashic Records (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Akashic_records).
    ================================================
    Ragnarök is the name of what is essentially the apocalypse in Norse mythology. People would supposedly lose their senses and commit all kinds of atrocities. Many of the Gods would die as well. Odin is swallowed whole by Fenrir, Fenrir has his jaw destroyed and his heart stabbed by Víðarr, Jörmungandr (the world serpent of Midgard) and Thor meet in combat and kill each other, Freyr dies fighting Surtr, Týr and the hound Garmr kill each other, and Loki and Heimdallr kill each other. Surtr then sets the world on fire, and the Earth sinks below the sea, killing all but two people. Eventually, the Earth rises from the water, beautiful and lush, and is repopulated. This somewhat mirrors Charles' plan, killing the Gods and essentially destroying humanity to remake it into what he perceives as beautiful and right.

    Its not the woman who lead the man astray only, VVshould mention its the world currently owned by the Serpent who tricked her and she hence fell for the trap and tracked the man. Basically the world gives her materialism, while she uses beauty to seal the man to conform to the world. Therefore sin was crushed when Jesus preached Love your enemy and be holy live by the Spirit instead of the urges of the flesh, hence it would foil the world's plan and create a new world without mankind's wickedness. The world that Charles wants is him being the only one with absolute "authority" basically playing God (And yes Charles and his wife deceived themselves thinking they love their children and doing it for them when its self pride) like how the serpent tempted the woman and Jesus he would gave them the "world" ofc. one overcame and the other fell.
    Genesis 3:11-13
    11 And He said, “Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree of which I commanded you that you should not eat?”
    12 Then the man said, “The woman whom You gave to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I ate.”
    13 And the Lord God said to the woman, “What is this you have done?”
    The woman said, “The serpent deceived me, and I ate.”
