I cancelled my appointment because I was at 0%, and they said they needed to charge it to 75%(and their chargers were busy), so we set a new appointment where I show up at +75%. Point being, my dealership thinks it's the charge percentage that matters, when it could be the reaction from the quick charge that matters.
Yeah, it doesn't really matter if you bring it there charged or. not.. but they have to do the driving test at exactly 75% state of charge. Not having it charged prior just let's you check to ensure they charged it. Good luck.
