Iron first 2 just came out on Netflix
Im a first year college student and I have been working out every week. I usually run about 30 min on the track some days and I do weights at the gym on other days I dont run. Is it counterproductive if I want to gain muscle to run? Should I just be doing strength training to gain muscle.?

I still think curling your hair with a straightener is some kind of sorcery. I don’t know how people do it.
Lol I have thick asian hair and if I use a curling iron, they come out in 30 mins so using a straightener works best for me. Think of people who curl ribbons with scissors - kinda reminds me of that
omg same girl but i tried it again today and it actually worked!!!
If you twist the straightener only 360 degrees (around, not talking about heat), it doesn't work - you need to make it about 1.5 turn to make it curl the hair
for me it works with 180 degrees (not the heat)
It’s all about the straightener! A good straightener is such a game changer for curling, so much faster than a curling iron.

I love love love your new program so far! I did Jeff’s glute hypertrophy program twice and made some major glute gains. I’ll be on day 3 tomorrow but I can already tell this program is realllllly going to help me take not only my glutes but my whole dang body to the next level. Such a good deal. This program is honestly worth hundreds of dollars easy, it’s such a steal! It almost makes me feel guilty it doesn’t cost more tbh.

I like the bangs. But I’m also a fan of swooped bangs. Love that you use liquid chalk too. My heaviest deadlifts so far are 135lbs. Wanna try to go heavier. I’ve just been focusing on my running. Had my 10k race today so back to the lifting 💪🏾🏋🏾♀️

Riley Courtier the trick is don’t care about rude people ! People are going to be rude but they aren’t at the gym to be nice or make friends. If you don’t have ur own group of friends at the gym just go in and do you because u can’t force people to be nice
Try a more serious gym.
No commercial.
Yeah just tell yourself that those people can go fuck themselves, and let them fuel your workout.
