This is Rethink Certified.
Two years since we launched the Rethink Certified program, and we wanted to take a moment today to reflect on our journey and share what so many of our restaurant partners have helped us make possible.
The Rethink Certified program was created at the height of the pandemic in April 2020 to meet the urgency of the moment, but it has quickly grown into a dynamic national network of like-minded chefs, restaurateurs and hospitality professionals that believe in creating a more equitable food system for everyone.
Together, these restaurants are creating a new industry standard for what it means to give back and connect communities with nutritious meals. Together, we’ve distributed over 7M meals, and Rethink has invested $30M into local businesses. Today we’re incredibly proud to have our restaurant partners displaying the Rethink Plaque in their restaurants as a symbol of their commitment to change.
