Owen, I truly respect how you're shooting in that beautiful Nature to capture the Life energy while also sharing to us the mindset on how to connect with that energy. I've been reading Levels of Energy by Frederick Dodson and it's really starting to make sense after watching your videos. But that pull back down to the energy of Death is still there, and I still experience laziness and apathy sometimes, but building a momentum of pro-activity and creation really helps.

Its that, but also, it's PARADOXICAL because by being so close-fisted you actually shut off the flow of outward energy flow, and thus reinforce a cycle of scarcity. So it's what you said, combined with this as well -Owen
If you believe that things cost your own energy, then it will.
If you believe that you have unlimited energy and you can add indefinitely? Then you can.
But it requires removing the resistance at every step of the way.
If you feel you need something in return for what you did today? Then you now have a limit of “giving for only one day then no more”.
If you feel like you should get something in return after a week? You now have a resistance barrier of one week. Action beyond that will cost you energy.
If you feel that your energy is boundless and the giving itself is the reward and there are more rewards to come, but not at timescales that you can predict?
You now are capable of infinite output.

@@lifeskillsongs2510 What I write is something that very few people have done unless they put the proper frame and thought into life.
Literally, it is the life of Jesus and how he died for his cause. It is the life of martyrs.
The fascinating thing about martyrs and Jesus is... they die without seeing the effects of their efforts, and we get to live in the incredible wealth that they created through their actions.
This is the nature of "good" and success.
It is like the saying, “A society grows great when old men plant trees in whose shade they shall never sit.”
It doesn't HAVE TO BE that you get none of the rewards from your efforts. You will likely get rewards from your efforts.
(Human society is far less corrupt than it used to be and so, it is much, much more obviously likely now.)
But sticking with a "give and take" approach to life is like... you are a garden hose playing in a swimming pool. The more water you output, the more fun you would get to have.
It would be dumb for the garden hose, looking at the empty swimming pool to say... "Hey, no one else is generating water, why should I? What would I get out of it?"
He's right that no one else will contribute. But he's blind to the result he is accepting. No one, not even him, gets to play in the swimming pool. It remains dry.

Your frame is inherently that when they get, you lose. This, by the way, is likely holding you back in many areas of life. (Frequent lack of motivation and loss of motivation)
The frame that allows free giving is the frame that "we are all connected and thriving together". When you give, you both win.
Your contributions are a celebration of this.
And if you are receiving as you give, then you never need anything in return.

That concept of Collin Farrell realizing his true life was happening in a place he never expected with woman he couldn't imagine is everything to me. We've all got this concept of needing to get somewhere first before life begins but the alive man doesn't postpone life, he is living already. It's my dream to wake up to the abundant opportunities which surround me and to take the initiative and sieze them. I'm sick of hiding from life and simultaneously coping by telling myself I'll live later. It's true what Mel Gibson says in Braveheart that all men die but not every man really lives. That is the real tragedy.

Damn, thank you, man. I'm in a rut for quite a while, can't self-initiate as you describe it. I tried everything in my power, mentally, to get myself to work and to build an amazing life. Nothing worked. Focusing on giving instead of what I can take might be the spark that ignites the unfolding of my potential. At least I feel relief and a kind of love when thinking about it. I'll try it out and report back in a week or so.

12:48 Yea man, I feel you Owen. When I'm working hard and doing my thing with the folks around me... I feel like that's what life is. Maybe it's because not everyone feels they do significant work that it's hard for some to get in that headspace? Not that I'm a well known public figure and all, but my work's meaningful. Maybe for people with jobs they don't like... it's a constant "looking ahead for life to begin"?

Crazy scenes and dope video
Have had to go through that where you end a relationship/friendship because the other is just too negative and can't see the forest for the trees. There is just too much to be enjoying in life as we grow and develop our spiritual lives. I'm personally going through a big change in my state in life right now and I'm so glad to have people like Owen and Julien out there helping others. Granted there are many other teachers out there but 99% have never went through what Owen and Julien have on their own.

Owen, your videos are always a perfect pairing for creative activity (which in my case is the art of bonsai) and this video was especially apropos. I love where your head’s at these days; can’t wait to see you for the first time in Austin next week.
Even Joker didn't realize this. "Some men just want to watch the world burn" is Alfred quote. Not Joker's. And I think the reason is energy of death don't truly realize itself. Joker just went with the flow. Thoughtlessly. He couldn't understand this flow is death.
I like this, and I feel this deeply in my soul. I do it more and more.
This content as great as it is does feel one sided in this way. You have all this great advice about giving and expanding but personally I feel that it lacks in helping me in precisely the ways I need in order to serve myself better. I see the correlation between the two, but I am often giving more than is probably healthy given my position.
Find a limit and a balance. One of the most helpful things I should have learned years ago. People might not like it at first, but if they do care for your best interests, then they would understand. I wasted time, energy, and money on people that didn't care for me and neglected myself and my family.

You know what could be really helpful, a course or tips on how to create a very deep connection with someone. It might be a silly thing , and we all have a couple of people like that, but I wonder if their are tips to make that happens faster and better? Or if not faster, the principles of deep connection? All I really want to do in life is deeply connect, explore and have adventures, dance and make artistic and creative creations.
Owen, how do you feel by sharing this knowledge? I would feel energetically very exhausted after sharing "my light". Maybe i was doing partly from the energyy of life but not totally that's why drained? Kind of "unconsicous" manipulation on others who are under me? Do you have any minute advertisement strategy behind why you share this knowledge or is it solelly giving with love- you kinda already feel lika a messenger of God - then i respect you from the energy of holiness and the utter truth. Connecting to the energy of life will motivate you in a very different way versus connecting to the energy of death
### life is HARD you get NO RESULTS or it is easy and you have ALL RESULTS
hard path: laziness, distraction, heaviness, a restless mind = the energy of death
easy path: effortless action, horseblinders to distraction, lightness, a still mind = the energy of life
### There is an energy of giving, expansion and prosperity
where the fuel becomes the PROCESS ITSELF, the fuel becomes nature, the sun the fuel becomes the emotion of unconditional love (infinite source of a “good feeling”).
versus the energy of taking; what am I not getting, I need to take this, and even the kind of high you get of taking it is not the kind of high that you want, it is conditional love (temporary source of a “good feeling”).
it is very rare that someone is capable to letting prosperity land if it is just given to them (lottery winners)
the average people believes that they are connected to the energy of giving but generally this is not the case there are two ways of doing things:
1. a healthy giving way of doing a certain thing (grass fed cow)
2. an unhealthy taking way of doing a certain thing (grain fed cow)
and people often connect to the second way, thus they are connected to the energy of death
people who are willing to stay overtime in certain situations instead of going home, to actually add more value to the situation or sharpen their skills or increase their stamina in the long run ARE connected to giving instead of the people who want to go home
Alchohol, drugs, junkfood, addictions and distractions are just making it where you can feel good in the short term and makes your life worse after and it also means that you can contribute less in the long term.
### LIfe is about giving, giving more than you can possibly imagine,
that is what life is actually about. People believe they are waiting for their life to actually start, when do I have so much passive income that I can just overflow myself with leisure? AS IF THAT is real life, in actuality it is connecting to the energy of DEATH. That does not mean that you can not have passive income or stability like a marriage or leisure but these things are in SUPPORT of really living and not really living in itself.
### The energy of life is ultimately there is no true stability
- your currency can collapse at any moment
- your marriage can break at any moment
### what is really living is:
- the timeless value you give in this world that live on a thousand years
- is real true authentic friendship (unconditional love towards each other)
- making timeless art and not going with the current trend
### the idea of art is that it is coming form total utter abundance
coming from the position of having absolute infinity as your very nature the natural inclination is to expand: to create real friendship, to create real art to really connect to nature.
### Why did god create it where we can choose good or evil?
if we are forced to be good then the decision to be good or evil is meaningless (virtue signaling). That is why freedom is of god, in order to be somebody that god wants to have a relationship with, you have to had made that choice to connect to the energy of life.
- letting connection to natural world build you at a core essence level
- allowing real friendships to build you at a core essence level
- allowing real love to build you at a core essence level
- allowing the creation of art to build you at a core essence level
### As your core essence is growing you will begin to resonate with creating
laziness is easy to avoid because you are not resonating with it

this is when people are so taken by the sterile taking way of living that it actually becomes a perversion in the mind and your discernment gets duped
### Instead what we want to do is to connect to that energy of life
in the same way what happens, we want to expand, we want to do things, we want to connect to nature. We want to create at the highest level but not so much that it becomes a perversion that feeds the sick system (grain fed cow) instead we want to create something that is sustainable and will elevate society.
In current society the people who create something that will feed the sick system (Big tech companies, grain fed cow) are actually celebrated but that is not a win. The message of Jesus in the bible is the rejection of this sick system even if it means that your are going to be crucified.
### The ability to see that you added and connected to life is what the ultimate scoreboard at the end of life is, not the billions that you made.
money and status are in support of really living not living itself, people who are in a taker frame and only want money and status lose their discernment, authentic will and acces to a flow state independently.
Be aware of little parts in yourself that are connected to the energy of death (distractions) and transform that energy into art, creating, creating friendships and connecting to nature. And what you will find that overtime you will loosen up more, and you will naturally take in multimillion ideas and feel the jetstream energy pushing you forward.
### and it is not going to give what you ego wants but what you essence needs
