You can use dry cleaning kits and clean them in your home dryer. I would wash that jacket on cold delicate cycle.

Great haul. Chico's Size 3 is XL/16:) I have only found Chico's size 4 (XXL) once. Kathy is so chill, "I found Johnny Was at the bins," lol. That is a great find!! I have done well with Miraclesuit. Usually close to $40 for pre-owned, especially if a plus size

Steaming usually will get rid of smells. Also, if you have a CD One Price Cleaners, it’s around $3 for dry cleaning. It’s a chain.
I have sprayed items that have a scent with a fresh scent of febreeze and hung them outside to "air out" and it seems to take away the smell! Great haul!!
Try steaming the jacket. The white dress with gold accents would make a great Halloween costume.

This is what I do with dry clean only items and it works well. Taking things to the dry cleaners is way too expensive. I was going to have a leather vest cleaned a few years back, and the price was so high I could have bought a new vest for the price quoted.
Also those throw the stuff on the floor people r wrong. The floor is not a bag or buggy
And I did get them at Salvation Army!!! 👍
