I’m not a local, but I can read the wooden plaque above the main gate/door. It says: Memorial Hall of the Ancestors of the Tan (or Qin) Clan. The clan name is either Tan or Qin, because the first character on the right (that represents the clan name) has two pronunciations: Tan and Qin.
That is not a temple... That is the Clan Hall for the 覃 Clan... Each Clan/Family in China have at least one of those, they are private property, not opened to public...

It's not a temple of any sort for general worship. It's an ancestral hall for the Tan ancestors. A sacred memorial hall for the Tan Clan.
