@achuthanp464 Thank you for your comment. Yes, Mr. Ashwini Vaishnav is an excellent planner, executer and administrator - well educated, not afraid to try out new ways of doing things, open-minded, a good leader and one who adapts to changing circumstances, while still trying to complete various projects.
Theoretically yes but in execution of new developments is where the response from state govt. is not aligned with the white paper and full planning. Hence it's too slow when "jurisdiction" is a priority case! Private sector finance is just as important in all developments.
With bangalore money.. Bengalore gets very less compared to delhi and Mumbai. Bangalore pays second highest tax in India but centre always do stepmotherly treatment
Excellent plan..... this project is truly transformational.......please construct a huge botanical garden (100 acres atleast) as well near Devanahalli now as space wont be available later.
@shreyass5664 Thank you for your comment and your great suggestion of topic. I shall act upon your proposal and create a video on this soon, after doing some research on the topic. Thank you once again.
@vikhyatshetty5295 Thank you for your comment. Yes, Mr. Ashivini Vaishnav is a great manager of people, circumstances and projects. IT'S NOT BENGALURU, IT'S THE INDIAN RAILWAYS PLANING TO BUILD NEW RAILWAY STATION
Bengaluru authorities are not isolated from organisations such as India Railways etc.
@@atulnayak5715 what I meant to say is the railway come under the jurisdiction of central government not state government

Its indian railways planning not benguluru planning
Management is never isolated in planning. Indian railways are all over India and not yet completely privatised like Amtrak in USA.

First solve the water problem.
that Railways cannot solve. It is state govt. responsibility.
Then we have to remove water supply from state list and add to union list
@@zanjeer7827 whose state government is there? And why people voted for such useless government who can't even provide water.
@@heatwave-bm5htHe is saying Railways dept., can not provide answer to water scarcity problem ...
