Hindu: the peoples who reside in Bhārata, on the eastern side of the River Sindhu. However, the term is usually misapplied to the range of religious traditions originating in the country of India, usually based on the Veda and the enormous output of Vedic literature composed subsequently to the extant four Vedas, apart from certain other major traditions such as Jainism, Sikhism and Buddhism.
You are a wonderful person Sir. You have got the perfect essence of Sanatana Dharma, which many of us so called natives, have still not got it. May God keep you healthy, happy & active in this quest to spread the essence of Hinduism. If in my life I am able to achieve even 5% of what you have, I will consider myself fortunate. With Love, Respects & Regards
So sad! Will die without knowing the essence of this great "Dharma" of ours!! How blessed we are with this Dharma - no smallness, no narrowness, only a yearning, a search for truth!! Or even if not, enjoy a life without shackles of dogma, complex, etc - basically if you are in search of beauty of life you are a Hindu!!
DHARM & RELIGION r not synonyms. Sanatan Dharm =SEEKER /BECOMING ONE WITH *THAT THOU ART*. RELIGION =BELIEVER IN ONE GOD, ONE SCRIPTURE. To become SANATAN DHARMI One need not forgo HIS /HER GOD/SCRIPTURE.
Pranamam Gurudev really a great 👍👏👌🙌 Eye 👁 opener your each video. Dharma is not a religion it is the ultimate divine duty of each and every living being. Om Sai Ram. Well “Hinduism” is a collection of different paths grouped together so some might have an initiation ritual to join their dharma but yeah, overall Hindus are pretty eccepting . All paths are like branches on one tree really.
I have been searching for long time to know what a Hindu is supposed to believe and do. Only long talks but no concrete answers. Can someone tell me what are the fundamental beliefs and acts a Hindu is to follow.
Fun thing about that is as a hindu I don't know either. The whole religion is open source some people believe in the vedanta, some in brahma samaj both are similar to abrahamic religions while some believe in a more traditional form worshipping the various god and goddesses like saraswati for wisdom lakshmi for wealth and ganesha for prosperity. You can attend a vedanta society lecture online or offline because they are the experts.
No, because of intervarna marriages Indians protected themself from getting mixed or impure with foreign DNA. people did everything for reasons. "oversexualisation of Indian women" what rubbish are you talking about. Majority women wear saree. is that oversexualization? what stereotypes? tell me.

There is nothing required to be a Hindu, just will, the moment you think you are a Hindu you are one.

I have fully embraced Hinduism and I am happy and at peace and even closer to the divine namaste
See the point with Hindutva is that one can be a Hindu formally as much as informally. It is the practitioner who decides with freedom.

Interracial marriages would lead to biggest fall of hinduism due to oversexualisation of Indian women and demeaning and stereotyping of Indian men.
Hinduism will not fall but other religions will
