It is still optional and depends on the school as well. In Tamil Nadu state board schools, it is not an option even though french is an option.(as if France needs idly eating, sambar drinking Tamil speaking fellows in large numbers 😊😊)

You will be surprised and shocked at the origins of Sanskrit. It is believed that the great yogis and sapta rishis of Treta Yuga had meditated for several decades to create and refine this language. It was a left over language from the communication system of Satya Yuga which was infinitely more advanced than any and all communication systems till date. Yes, Sanskrit was a derivative of the diminishing data from supremely advanced telepathic communication system. Satya Yugans had supernatural abilities that Kali Yugans project in the material world. How are the world historians, archaeologists and geneticists seeing India?

History was written by colonialists after the destruction of most archeological evidence and so called geneticists, despite having scientific data, speculate their conclusions (based on fake Aryan/Dravidian theory) which suits the political narrative of funders of such studies.
But there is one archeological evidence (which got under the radar of colonialists) in the form of Ivory sculpture of the so -called "Lion Man" (NARASIMHA AVATAR OF VISHNU) found in the Swabian Alps Germany. It was carbon dated to be around 40,000 BCE. It is currently in the ULM city museum Germany. Point is hindu civilization is way more than 13,000 yr old.

Secondly, After the Mahabharata time period(full of wars around urasia) 3102BCE earth became less powerful. It is written in our puranas that after the death of last pandav emperor Parikshit, Kalyuga was spreading it's influence all over the world and an extraterrestrial demon named kali took the control of thr earth and programmed it for mass destruction. These few centuries have made total abolishment of the advancement achieved till that time. After that small civilizations like mohenjodaro, sumerian civilization started growing and slowly we are advancing ourselves. But last 100 years was really a miracle. According to yuga cycle of solar system in 2082 we wil reach in tretayuga, now we are in dwaparyuga. Yes Hindusim is very old, just a minor correction though at 7:04 where you said the Mahabharat War is 8000 years old or so, technically according to Hindu astrology, Krishna's existence was from 3228 BCE to 3102 BCE, Mahabharat War was within that period which was 3138 BCE. So by calculation the Mahabharat War was 5159 years ago (3128 BCE + 2021AD).
Slight correction. Mahabharatha happened in 4000 BCE (Kaliyuga started after 4000 BCE). 2000 yr before Mahabharatha, Ramayana happened (6000 BCE) since both epics have lot of common characters.

I speak from knowledge when I give these dates because I did the research, Sri Krishna came on Earth on July 21, 3228 BCE, Mahabharat War took place on Nov 22nd, 3138 BCE and the day he left the earth was on February 18th, 3102 BCE. Sri Krishna was 125 years old. On February 19th, 3102 BCE Kaliyug started.
It`s very probable that the British empire learned about the Hindu texts and took many concepts to Europe. The West also benefited from the separation between religion and science. There is "the book of religion/belief" and "the book of science" - never ever mix them. Thanks for this interesting lecture.

Yes. According to western historians, science originated among the Greeks, and then developed in post-renaissance Europe. This story was fabricated in three phases.
First, during the Crusades, scientific knowledge from across the world, in captured Arabic books (Arabs used to buy knowledge for gold from Hindus of India), was given a theologically-correct origin by claiming it was all transmitted from the Greeks. The key cases of Euclid (geometry) and Claudius Ptolemy (astronomy)-both concocted figures-are used to illustrate this process.
Second, during the Inquisition, world scientific knowledge was again assigned a theologically-correct origin by claiming it was not transmitted from others, but was “independently rediscovered” by Europeans. The cases of Copernicus and Newton (calculus) illustrate this process of “revolution by rediscovery”.
Third, the appropriated knowledge was reinterpreted and aligned to post-Crusade theology. Colonial and racist historians exploited this, arguing that the (theologically) “correct” version of scientific knowledge (geometry, calculus, etc.) existed only in Europe.
These processes of appropriation continue to this day.
If the west had acknowledged the Vedc source of knowledge and wisdom, then Jefferey wouldn't have used the word "stolen". Arabs acknowledge, Japanese acknowledge, Chinese acknowledge why not Europeans? We know why.
