I can't believe this SMG wasn't reviewed in Ian's Forgotten weapons channel. It's unique, it looks like the steampunk predecessor of FN P90, and it's utterly forgotten.
Ah i hsd an idea for a submachinegun similar to this, i was going to use a rotating chamber like the g11 with sn elevator for the ammo, this seems much simpler however.
It's funny to me another youtube channel tried claiming that "This was the design that layed out the desin for modern rifles." Like HELL NAH IT WASN'T lmao
The WHAT SMG ??? I can't see it working as an automatic weapon. But with some minor modifications it could probably work as a compact carbine. However I'm no gunsmith so don't bother.😅
I have an idea of the same weapon, but maybe with bullpup ammo feeding to increase useful barrel space to increase speed of bullets and penetrating ability. And maybe it will use 10x6 or 10x8mm rounds.
That thing is cool, i am gonna paray that schematics of this gun are publicly available or just dont require a ridiclous amount of effort to obtain so i can build one for myself.

Main point you forgot to mention. Holeks hated drum magazines so they made the gun arround 72 round stick magazine.
