Some TF2 Guns are Also made from Movies too, if the Gunsmiths had more Creativity before Vietnam, we could've had our own Vietnam War Milkor MGL, aka The Bigger Explosive Iron
Surprisingly, the XM79 actually got into the game appearance. Which was from Mobile Game called "Into the Dead 2" and named as "GL-03 Krampus" which was only obtained throughout the "Frostbitten" Event or got it from Weapons Crates (RNG).
A number of firearms have some design cues from IRL models, excluding ones obviously pulled from fictional sources (The Deus Ex Shotty and Sniper, for example). RL is obviously a very cartoonish RPG. Sniper's base rifle seems to be either an US Springfield or Remington based frame.... The more peculiar cases are Spy's Revolvers (Can't remember name, but there's a Video about every class and their guns that are based off IRL ones, several of Spy's guns are rather niche or not so well known ones)
The only one of spies revolvers I definitely know is the Lè tranger, which is a russian nagant revolver, spies base revolver could be like a blued colt python or anaconda. And I do not know what the ambassador is but it has some design cues from the Taurus line of revolvers
TF2 weapons are either based on real life weapons (typically weapons that are merged together like the Stock Pistol), are based on real life props (like the Pompson), or are cartoonishly made with no real life counterpart.
It would be funny if the cursed vanguard guns were turned into new TF2 weapons. Like that thumbhole stock garand as a Sniper primary, acting more as a DMR than a regular Sniper, having a proper magazine instead of reloading after every shot.
Now we have the MLG by Milkor. I want to see someone get their hands on one and mutilate it with wooden furniture to make a real demoman grenade launcher.
Its kinda funny that somebody designed the 40mm Grenade Caliber and NOBODY questioned it. All sorts of designs were made trying to capitalize on it but other grenade types were not tried. Who the hell decided 40mm was what they all needed???
Other calibers have been tried (the Soviets settled on a 30mm caliber for automatic grenade launchers) and it turned out that anything bigger than 40mm was too heavy for a person to carry with sufficient ammunition, and anything smaller than 40mm lacked destructive power.
Demo's Grenade Launcher is revolving though so its more like if an M79 and an M32 had a baby. The T148E1 does look like a tf2 unlock though. What if Valve just copy pasted it in the game and replaced the Loch and load's model with it and gave it animations to match the casette style magazine system. It would make sense seeing as how they made the loch and load fire three shots despite being double barrel.
so tf2 is historically accurate
More accurate than MW3 fr
*biblically accurate
not entirely accurate but accurate none the less

hey, i used to play that game, it such a good endless run game
Fun fact: the T148 appears in ‘Into the Dead 2.’ alongside other cursed weapons.
Great game BTW
one of the more better mobile games imo

Honestly I kinda was expecting the M32 MGL.
Still, interesting grenade launcher.
If only they choose the revolving mechanism over the cassette mag
Just wanna say this if someone wishes to test the T148E1 you can in Into the dead 2 the gun is moddeled and everything
It's known as the GL-03 Krampus there iirc and is the event weapon of the Frostbitten side story
basically its Loch n Load
3 ammo capacity
i probably have to be in the gunsmith to make grenade launcher and Loch n load real
Didn't expect a video of this GL but a welcoming one.
So TF2 is real? Honestly that's pretty cool to know as I never knew that.
I mean, I swear you can find 2fort on google maps somewhere in America

In a way, it kind of reminds me of the TFC grenade launcher, asides from the magazine being sideways.
Team fortress 2 is more historically reliable than cod vanguard 💀

Demoman: You will never call me a Cyclops
There is a grenade launcher on the TF2 workshop that is literally that
DEMOMAN GAMING

Wait, didnt John Browning had some kind of Harmonica rifle made during his early career?
(Happy black Scottish cyclops noises)
The Father of Milkor M32…
Remember what they took away from us
thats sick steampunk shit
Looks more like the one from classic
the real demoman gl was just the mgl or the russian equivalent in 30mm.
I thought it was based on the m32
