Congratulations on the greatest video about The Outrider ever done! Or ever will be done…or even exists….anyway, it’s fantastic.
It took me a while, but it had to be done!
The 'every highway is a battlefield' blurb on the first Outrider is hilarious. And just in case prospective purchasers didn't get it 'the one true road warrior comes'
erased any doubt that, yes, they held a genuine Mad Max rip-off in their hands. Of course I owned them! Just the first four though, didn't know about #5.
Okay, this is probably my favorite video of yours yet. That cover art really is bizarre. Strangely, I'm dying to read the whole series now.
If the first book is any indication, I bet they are ALL a lot of fun! Man, what this series could have been with some decent covers! Happy GarbAugust, Randy!
Loved your reaction to the cover art, Scott!
Since the cover is so gawd-awful and the author is unknown, what made you buy the book?
I was looking for a Men's Adventure specifically for GarbAugust that I thought was probably overlooked, something outside more well-known series, but still wasn't a stand-alone. The story description sold me, and I saw that it had a lot of enthusiastic fans back in the '80s. After reading the first chapter, I was in for the ride.
And to be honest, the cover was so bad, I knew I had to talk about it.
