After finding out about Abe and Wendy this hits different
THEY DIVORCED??!?!?
Why did they divorce ?
All I know is Abe has been living with Ryan Higa since the beginning of August after trying to save their marriage.
There are rumors going around that Wendy cheated because she didn't explain much and a lot of otv stopped following her on socials, but nothing is confirmed and I don't like putting that kind of unsubstantiated information out in the world because I know how the internet treats women, in general, let alone one they have active reasons to dislike.
@@469ka37 your comment as to be the most level headed i've seen about what happened, Wendy got destroyed by everyone without any shreds of evidence, so thank you for that.
@@469ka37 @glcsander Let's be honest. 90% of the group no longer does anything with Wendy. That with all the little slip-ups the group has done like the picnic stream for example. She joined the champions club 1000%.
Bro imagine telling someone you want a divorce at their funeral. That shit is FOUL.
Yeah lol the rest of the video was fine but saying death is divorce is funny

She should have told Abe that😂
Found out recently that in the Philippines, divorce is illegal. All can think when she said that was "... yeah..." It's no wonder my parents are still together
And then goes on to list the reasons why you would get divorced
Divorce after death is wild! How you gonna slide me them papers on my coffin ⚰️
Fr I'd just burn them. Or rather the guy shoving me into the oven will on my behalf.
That's only if someone is petty
It's automatic divorce when you die bc it's practically a clause in the agreement "til death do us part" lol contract ends at death😂
Bro if they die and you're alive the marriage is over 😂
@@Nemesisxv2I know I was just making fun of the context because she used death a reason for divorce. It’s not a divorce if your spouse dies. You become a widow

Prenup is smart af. The reasons she listed as to why people get divorced is valid, however, if you already thinking that, then marriage isn’t the lane for you😂
thisss
Your not wrong. But divorce makes the value of marriage less. You got people rushing into it too much.
Prenups don’t always do what you think. And it really only protects you from the money you had before marriage. If she marries someone gets a prenup and continues to make millions he’ll be entitled to some of the money that’s made after marriage. If the court system is fair that is, which it’s not. So this only works with women not the other way around.
@@azonnozaDivorce is good though it gives people the opportunity to escape a bad situation
The fact she mentions someone getting bored or finding somebody else, proves one thing
Our generation is f'd up and is going to make it worse with fatherless children which statistically produces more criminals, more abuse and general worse place to live
Seeing my parents fight so much when i was a kid because my father was an alcoholic. Left a bad taste in my mouth about marriage and alcohol. So I always saw it as just a legal contract. A piece of paper and a ring. It's not what really represents a person's commitment and reason to be with their significant other.
You fell in love long before marriage was a question. And I agree with what Rae said. Im not against it, but I'm open minded to it when i know for sure she's the one. You jus need to take a chance and see where your heart leads you.

My parents are not married both 59&57 together for 35years. And we don't have divorced here so i get it why they choose not to get married.

not really permanent at all, its just a piece of paper and the ceremony is just a money sink that society has made people believe is necessary. When all that matters is you love the other person you at best just need to go to a court house if you want to do stuff like joint taxes and such otherwise theres you should just be happy to be with each other you don't need society's validation by following the traditional customs.
It's such a Filipino thing to say that she's already splitting her money with her family lol
Just casually talking about divorce over an intense round of competitive valorant lmao
A lot of people just get married because they think that’s the next step or what they are supposed to do. But you should only marry somebody if you want to spend your life with them and they want to spend their life with you. Don’t need to rush it, live together and figure out if it’s the right thing before getting married. You should know if it feels right in your heart
I think being aware of this is overall pretty healthy
no yeah it really is… i feel like people just rush into marriage without further consideration of the future, and then something goes wrong and it’s just a hot mess… i think that rae wanting to remain financially stable and not just financially but just overall maintain a stable lifestyle is very, very good. something everybody should really think about before just doing things because “they absolutely have to”. marriage is a beautiful thing but it just might be what ruins your life as well if it doesn’t go as planned. sad truth.
Idk I feel like a factor in the rising divorce rates is the fact that more and more people are entering marriage with an exit strategy.

If you truly love someone you wouldn’t get a divorce from something like boredom, it’s just an excuse for yourself for why you divorced them. Same with most other reasons. Like if someone changed from the way they were when you married them you might no longer love them and it might be better to get divorced.
Better opportunities? Just stay single at that point
She’s a woman that’s how most think! 😂
I dont understand why prenups are looked down. You built an empire if shit goes down you should protect your empire
Whole point of marriage is to go through those situations together and come out stronger… not just give up and get a divorce! Sad way of looking at marriage 😢
You’re right it’s a shame people treat marriage like it means nothing.
One of the things I’m worried about in a marriage is that how to get along with the other family.. especially as a woman, I feel like the mother in law most of the times are not as nice 😢
As a married woman, my mother in law is amazing! Like sooooo amazing, I get so spoiled. It's my husband that didn't get as lucky 😂
Also, my husband and I were together for years before we got married, so we had plenty of time to get used to each other's families beforehand. It's not that scary when you love your SO. 😊
"People DIE." Had me 😂
I feel like getting a prenup should be the default.
Honestly i agree if one party makes so much money then a prenup shouldnt be an issue, cause if u find it offensive its pretty much a red flag 🚩
I think it depends whether they gonna be a (mutually agreed) stay at home partner or working. But in this case Rae clearly wants a working partner so, yeah.
She’s so real
Feeling this moment. My brother got married and has a kid. I'm eldest as well 😅. I agree on the prenep as well, gotta protect yourself.
People don't understand how difficult marriage actually is, and they don't understand that real Love is a choice you make daily as a sacrifice for someone else and most people nowadays are too selfish and immature. That's why it ends in divorce.
Marriage is suppose to be permanent. Even if you get bored or if some interest change. You stay through it all and work together because marriage is bringing two people into one. Of course cheating and abuse are valid but bored, change, someone better. Terrible excuses for divorce
People change. There’s nothing you can do to stop change no matter how much you fight. “Working things out” in that case would just mean you pretend …
It went from Wedding to death within a minute😂😂😂

Yeah… till death do us part. 😂 It’s part of the vows to move on when someone dies.
I don't think she meant that. What she's trying to actually is that "What is marriage for when people die?"
I feel like there aren’t reasons for divorce, only reasons why marrying at the wrong time can lead to divorce. Divorce is amongst the final steps, meaning you should have had at least a few years together. If you still get married and divorce even after that then I just think you weren’t fully there in the first place. And another thing, you should never “get bored”, in my opinion, that is the dumbest reason to divorce. Unless you meant the love isn’t there anymore, which can mean 2 things, 1. You never really loved them and you only chased that high you got being around them or 2. Something happened to cause you to lose that love. It could be getting cheated on, lied to or anything of that sort. My view on marriage is the “till death due us part”, anything besides that I’m biased against.
Yes rae keep your bag Its well deserved Your an Icon In the gaming community
Facts I agree with her 💯💯
Interesting in the usa there's a 50% divorce rate.. people don't value what marriage is really about and need to understand that you cannot just get divorced for every small reason. Be mature and work through your problems. The only valid reason for a divorce is if your partner cheats on you... as simple as that. Rather don't get married if you're going to get divorced because you don't like the way your partner does a certain thing !

@GaiaTorterra I'm not disagreeing with you, I'm just saying what's the purpose of marrying if you are not fully committed. It's called a lifelong commitment for a reason. If you are worried that you'll break up one day and lose half your stuff, then don't marry if you aren't committed. If you have a partner who is willing to prenup. Than you are both in agreement that neither of you are fully committed
She kinda said if you get bored leave your marriage lol
She was stating reasons that she has seen marriages fail from others
Marriage is absolutely possible. If you want to do it right, you have to choose each other every day. You have to operate from a place of selflessness and love. Don't let things go unattended to and maintain yourself in the storms. Marriage is scary because we don't want to fail. But we don't have to if we approach it with confidence and a willingness to commit. "For better and for worse..." is a fluctuating thing. It's just remembering that nothing is 50/50, but 100/100. All of me for all of you. I suppose i say all this to say, don't be afraid. A lifelong love is possible, but we have to remember that we are that half
A prenup isn't as legally binding as it looks in movies
W take rae definitely agree on this one.
You will live alone, sad and depressed.
@@promontoriumThe fact that society puts romance at the top of life's happiness Is the reason why so many fail. Marriage is not your one miracle solution to having a happy life. You can be fine in other areas of life & Live happily without a romantic commitment.
I know she’s obviously just talking about a hypothetical situation but I have to say I don’t understand what mind set you have to be in to think of a prenup because you’re even with anyone. It’s such a negative mindset to have about relationships. Going into them thinking “this probably won’t work out” is going to put you in a situation that doesn’t work out.. just sad to see.
Just because you probably won't crash into a tree in your car does that mean you shouldn't wear seatbelts? Protective measures should ALWAYS be taken because there is ALWAYS a risk of things going badly. Be it your fault or their fault or just bad freaking luck, things can and will go wrong in life and you cannot predict the future. Doesn't mean you want them to happen or expect them to happen, but if they do happen and you don't have those systems in place you absolutely scammed yourself.
Prenup doesn't equate to "this probably doesn't work out" mindset. If my partner would be much wealthier than me, I'd suggest her to take a prenup. And I'd still only get married if I'd think it will work. We can share things during the marriage but if it ends, I have no business taking what is hers.
This is a cop out response because risk mitigation isn’t expecting the worst to happen. It’s as simple as mitigating risk😂.
“If this doesn’t work out then one of us can’t rob the other if that was the initial intention”
No one marries expecting divorce.. except the ones where the one who wouldn’t sign the prenup takes half of the others assets and paid for life as long as they never get a job again.😂
What’s ACTUALLY sad is that 60% of marriages end in divorce. Thats like saying 60% of houses burn down, but owning a fire extinguisher will push you towards the fire😂
Completely illogical, the reason thats a popular opinion is because women initiate 80-90% of the divorces and the court gets 30% of what the woman (who receives alimony 90% of the time) is given.
It financially benefits women and family court to divorce (men specifically usually).
Even going with a positive , no prenup mindset. Look at the divorce rates.
@@tomis1398 This here.
