Hi Maggie Notice that the operator tilts the machine back and forth to set the legs rather than lifting it. Other pump pullers need to be lifted; onto the well, out of the vehicle, to adjust legs and so on. Easy Risers save users' backs by avoiding lifting.
Wow! Such a well planned design (pun intended) on a great idea. I'm gonna try pulling a two-pipe,self priming, 3" case, above-grade motor-mount with chain~hoist just today. (I only have to lift the galvanized iron risers out. I'm discontinuing the well; I don't want to screw someone else down the road by leaving the pipe in the hole). Had a new job for a well servicing company, had a hiring promise letter, let the previous job 2 weeks prior, but after one week I'm not strong enough like his last big boy that pulls by hand 4-500 ft pumps out the well minus 10 celcius in the snow north canada. Now i'm looking for a job because the stupid boss isn't into purchasing tools for his employee. Yeah. that thing is good but would require longer legs as our casting here comes out the ground 2 ft and sometimes up to 3. Ontario gov ask 2 ft minimum. with the weather, it's understandable but equipment has to be made accordingly. Well. Im glad now i know how that stuff works but i have no job.
Don't see what good the overhead Rack and Come Along do. The Come Along is already wound all the way up and how in the hell are you going to pull , control and unscrew 21' pieces of 2" Galv. Pipe?

That sucks, if you have to lift 100+ kg by hand that should be in the job description.

That’s used just for the last foot, when you need to move the pipe around, to align and engage the pitman connector
