How does it pass a diamond tester tho, you need a specific mossanite tester for it to pass, right? Strange why you should want it to pass as "diamond" since it's not

Yes these are rhodium plated over sterling silver, and we also stock them in yellow gold plated over sterling silver (vermeil)

Not for the equivalent item. These are 2mm stones VVS clarity. If they were diamonds, a 20 inch chain would be over $15,000 in the stones alone not counting the metal or the labor cost to set them. So you have to compare apples to apples. Moissanite will always be a better value if we're just talking look and price.
@Bull Jax We totally agree. Gold would make this even more costly. You definitely don't want to do the hollow gold because those will cost many thousands more than this, but they will break easily and feel totally fake around your neck. It's literally like wearing plastic. Stainless steel is inexpensive and doesn't fade, but the metal is much too hard so the settings look very fake on a delicate design like a cuban. So the best all around option is 925 silver. It is coated in rhodium anyway, exactly like white gold. The metal is softer than steel so the stones are set to perfection, and you have the heavy weight that gives you that luxury high end feel. We make all kinds of custom pieces for customers depending on budget, from gold to diamonds etc. But for most people, silver with moissanite is the best bet to get a high end look that looks and feels real, and still have money left to make smart money moves with. Different clasp... I would not pay $899 if you have that cheap clasp on it
Hi Mark, this type of clasp was used on cuban chains for decades, its a more simple design but definitely sturdy and solid. It was standard for the original Miami cubans made in the 90s-2000s. But this video is outdated, the chains now come with a spring loaded box clasp to be more modern. Updated pics are on the site. thanks!

Tbh with you anybody that knows a thing or two about jewelry and have been wearing Cubans for a while now know that these “cheap” clasp as you call them are the best actually. They are the sturdiest and safest clasps. They might not be as pretty as the new ones but they are tougher to open and they are the original Cuban Link clasps. They are called lobster clasps if I’m not mistaken. But yea these are a lot better than the new fancy ones which open up easier which makes them easier to snatch. Just giving you a bit of information.

Gold was a lot cheaper back then lol but yea I wouldn’t want any other clasp on my Cubans. These are the sturdiest and toughest to open. Nothing like the original. These are called Lobster Clasps aren’t they?
