Easiest Way to Mount a Paper Backdrop

- This is the easiest way to mount a paper backdrop in your house, office, studio or whatever. It's also the cheapest and most affordable way to mount a paper backdrop. There are a lot of ways to mount a paper background, but some of them require expensive brackets and hardware, this is the cheapest way I've found to do it. It cost me about $15.

I recommend using the Savage seamless background paper rolls because they're a really nice quality and don't tear easily.

Anthony Roberts thanks man, I appreciate it!
Great info appreciate it
But how to prevent the roll of backdrop to drop from top do we have to stitch it pls tell Thankyou
Amazing light at back wow
thanks! it's simple, i just use really cheap clamps for the hardware store or amazon to clamp the roll at the top to itself, that way it doesn't unravel.
Don't forget to take your roll down after. You can get sagging in the roll otherwise. It's best to store them vertically when not in use. Also you're better off pulling your roll down the other way (think opposite of a roll of toilet paper) as it's used to unraveling that way with it rolled how it is. You'll end up with less wrinkles and it'll last you longer.
Yeah, that's a good idea, I might try flipping it around to see if it rolls off better. I don't think I need to take it down between uses though because it has a very solid metal crossbeam inside the tube that keeps it rigid and doesn't allow any sagging.
@@chadwin It's the bottom of the roll that sags over time when left hanging. Savage recommends you take them down and store vertically to prevent it from happening. Even the best support can't prevent what happens to the bottom side that hands loose.
How about hanging a thin vinyl backdrop that has no roller in it?
What backdrop light did you use that’s behind your back?
It's just a small cheap led light panel from viltrox with a gel on it.
🙌🏽
Thanks! 🤛🏻
have you come up with any creative way to roll it back up? I'm trying to come up with something not too expensive...
honestly no I haven't yet. I just stand on a chair and roll it back up by hand.....haha!
