    Very nice clean lines of movement, thankyou for the detail of concepts to work on I will definitely work on this to improve my.personal suburb,I enjoy training suburb either early morning or mid to late evening's working on my suburb much thanks for sharing Tony Sensei.

      Glad it was helpful! For many years 23 to be exact. I would each morning do fifteen to thirty minutes of Ken or Jo and the same before I went to bed. The best thing is if you swing the Ken at this time of night U do not want to wake up or pump yourself with "Adrenaline" so do it smoothly and slowly that way you get a nice smooth suburi and learn that doing it correct is better than going mad and just swinging it fast with not benefit.
