Hi, I am a mother of 2 and I have really bad pain in my left shoulder and neck. Even while I sleep! I have tried all the Physio exercises but the pain doesn’t seem to go away completely! Please guide I’m in bad pain
God Bless you for all you do to help people empower themselves. I am so thrilled to view. Being tossed about by PT since August with no measurable gains. Trying to build my own ideas with your wisdom and knowledge. Many thanks and blessings!!😇😇😇
two good little drills to add as warmup before powerlifting/oly sets as well. wouldn’t call it a workout, but it does get sedentary individuals out of their computer chairs.
You just upped my glute stretching routine...thank you!! Been trying to commit to more stretching this year, especially in the office. Never thought about adding the arms/shoulders to stretch the upper back like that...game changer bro;-)
Ooh this is a good one! Thanks Matt! One hip is less mobile than the other for those leg lifts - but these are doable. Thank you for these (and for the hip fix - which I am working through).
On the left side my leg would not rotate out as far as the right but it managed the exercise ok. On the right I got tired in the side of my hip, about level with my hip bone. Looks like I need to do more of these!
Not to hate or anything but i would say its more efective to do 3 sets of lets say 10 pushups (with your knees if you cant do them normaly) after that, 3 sets more of lets say 20 squats and to finish 3 more sets of situps or whatever other exercises u want. It might take you a bit longer but the muscle activation will be much higher. : )
While that might be more muscle activation I don’t believe that’s necessarily the intend of the work out. I think the goal is more to help reverse the effects of long term sitting which is why he chose an exercise for your upper back and hip flexors.
In that case i believe that stretching will always be the best option becouse the last thing you want is your muscles to cramp, some yoga would be great to relax your muscles.
Hello. Love the vids. Just a question here for the ‘midline’ leg lifts. Are you actually crossing midline? Or do I mean for people to remain straight to front. Looks straight out to front rather than crossing midline in vid. Thanks for your response. (I’m a movement nerd) 😅
What was the hardest part of this workout?

Wich muscles will be trained in the second exercise? Can you tell for wich muscles the exercises are good for while you demonstrate ?
Thanks Matt - feel better already~
I'm glad it helped! 🙂
I still got my right shoulder joint pain since last year. I used all physiotherapy techniques and tricks but in vain. Any advice sir??
I like that this is quick and effective 💪💪🔥🔥
Short Question 💡
Isn't it counter-productive to train the hip flexors, when they are already shortened while sitting the whole day?

@@stefanosharples5304 cramping isn’t always caused by tightness though, it is often actually caused by weakness.

I think you missed the point of this video.
I hope security camera in my office is not picking me up posing like this lol
My coworkers will look at me weird if I start doing this at work 😂
I haven't got that

so....this is a stretch, not a workout, correct?
This isn't efficient in any capacity for building muscle, right?
