10:17 the guys that didn’t respond when the guy was yelling at them, the guys in the car were military. I wonder if that’s the reason they didn’t do anything. I think that might have a lot to do with their reaction because they can get in trouble for getting into a confrontation with a civilian.

If a rager pulls in front of you, stops, and gets out, immediately back up and drive away from or around them if you can . Don't stop your car and sit there. You do not know their intention. You don't know if they have a gun or something. Not doing so is the quickest way for you to become a victim, or worse, a fatality. Its happened way too many times.
Never engage these fools. It is apparent that there is nothing you can say that will calm the situation.
Think about it, if they get out of their car, you have a lot of time to get away from them because they have to get back in, put it in gear, and move. Also, don't just slowly drive off.
This is especially for people who haven't lived a life that you've never had to defend themselves.
Be smart and don't make yourself a victim. Dont antagonize by eyeballing people and getting on the horn because what will come of it? Just drive on.
If you have a dashcam, don't think that it will prevent somebody with bad intentions from killing you. You'll just be recording your demize. Too many people with cams think that they can antagonize because "I've got you on cam". That cam will not keep some nut from putting one in your head.

If you're going to revenge hit someone's car and your car has airbags, remember to undo your seatbelts first. The airbags won't go off then. Learned that when my ex boss got in an accident and the cop sited him for not wearing a seatbelt because his airbags didn't go off. It was a funny accident, where he totaled two of his own vans. He had just got done berating the guy in font of him for getting a phone call about the guy cutting someone off. So, as they were both going to the supply house, the boss was behind the guy. The guy saw the light ahead of them go yellow and decided to stop, instead of hurrying through it. Someone beeped their horn at someone else in a different lane and my boss turned his head. By the time he looked back ahead, it was too late and he plowed right into his own vans hard enough to buckle the floor. It was a funny day after that.

if you drive straight into his car youre at fault and any claims really against the aggressor would be dropped. using a car to hit another car is using a weapon. A car is considered a weapon in a lot of cases like that, so youll get a pretty big fine, now if he pulled out a bat or something and started to hit your car you could just drive into his and say you got scared for your saftey and tried to flee.. but in a situation like the one in the video its very hard to fight. Youre better of letting that idiot damage your car, reporting him, hes forced to take anger managment, criminal record, road rage, points on his driving record etc etc which is a lot more damaging then hitting his car.

15:06 you would get in trouble also if you ram his car. The smartest thing to do is pull out your gun and point. That’s self defense, he is threatening you, and if he gets the door opened there is a high chance that he would put his hands on you. Pulling out your weapon is the right way to go about handling this situation. He’ll back off, get the camera footage and sue him.

@@bf5175 it’s called self defense, so lunatic is banging and yelling at my car door, if I was driving and this happened, you better believe I’d “brandish” my weapon all day long. Your talking about just walking around waving a gun around for no reason, that’s brandishing a weapon. @@bf5175 if you look at it that way, that’s cool, it’s not as cut and dry as you put it. Me showing my weapon is not the same as smashing into someone else’s car. That is uncontrolled behavior, the same as him getting out his car and threatening me. Me showing him very calmly my weapon, weather it’s putting it on my lap or holding it in my hand. I wouldn’t point it at him, but it’s a statement of, jump if you want you might not like the consequences. It’s a way of deterring someone. What you said about it’s up to the judge and jury, yes and no. If I am following the laws, then no harm has been done, if I get a judge that isn’t following the law and the judge decides that I am doing something illegal, but I’m not. The judge will answer for that, that judge will be called into question, because if I’m not breaking the laws I’m not doing anything wrong. I’m not scared of a judge, because I know my rights, I trust in my rights. I’m respectful of all those in power, police, and judges, but I’m also not scared to defend myself if someone goes outside of the law, no matter if it’s a robe or badge. When you know your rights and the laws of where you live, you don’t have to be scared of anything. Everyone is bound by that, that’s the safety net we have, that gives us the right to stand our ground. Besides all that, what if I can’t drive away? What them? If I’m surrounded on all sides by other cars, if my car is damaged and I can’t drive off. What then? That’s not ego talking, that’s someone willing to stand there and say I’m not scared or intimidated by your bad behavior. If you really want to take it there, we can, but you will loose. That’s not out of control, that’s in control, your talking about yelling and screaming, shouting, flipping off, rolling the window down and going back and forth, etc…. That’s ego, that’s out of control. I’m talking about, sitting in my car, with some jerk at my window, waaaaaayyy bigger than me, I think he had something in his hand, I can’t remember, hitting my car, or yelling at me. Me sitting in my car, weapon on my lap, pointing to it, or holding it in the air by the handle, with two fingers, barrel facing down. Do you think he will continue or walk away? He’s gonna walk away, get in his car and leave, 100 percent positive he won’t call the police. Because he’s the one that will get in trouble, not me. No one else knows what I’m doing, because I’m not making a scene, all they see is a jerk yelling at someone in a car, then walking away. He’s off on his marry way, and I’m back doing whatever I needed to do. Done! No police no Judge.
