13:34 if youre ever in a situation like this. the easiest way to open such a jar is by using the back of a fork or something like that and lever up the cover. especially if you empty the whole jar anyway.

The pizza falling on the floor was partially the customers fault. Obviously, the employee should have been paying attention but the customer was practically whispering to her...
