That showing is "brandishing" your weapon, and is only illegal if done without good cause.

Here limit is .08 for an adult, and .02 for someone under 21. A .35 would be a severe alcoholic or someone who was unconscious.
35 micrograms of breath is same as .08 milligrams of BAC
"The legal alcohol limit in England, Wales and Northern Ireland for driving is 80 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood or 35 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath."
In US it's also 80 mg BAC only we never use breath units, even breathalyzer will display BAC

Yeah Donut was in the Navy and then a police officer in SC (South Carolina), and with SWAT if I remember correctly. The only thing I'm not completely sure of is if was a Seal while in the Navy, I seem to remember him talking about that when mentioning his past, but I could be wrong 😊
If I remember correctly, he has said he was in SEAL training but I don't recall if he completed it.
0.35 would be alcohol poisoning. It would be 0.035. Here where I live in Queensland Australia it is 0.05

Believe it or don't. I've in my younger years been pulled over alot. Drunk driving. Friend has no license or insurance. Just showed up with a car. Didn't care. But we always got off because we didn't talk back to the cops. We just said.. Yup. We are drunk, and underage. When you are honest with a cop, you will be surprised how they will just let you go.

And voluntarily informed the officer of the illegal contraband or telling them he had meth (which ever the case may be) in his pocket giving officers probable cause. and like the guy providing commentary on the video is correct, it now a search incident to arrest and the officers and search the car. just because he is the one who called 911 does not void any of his idiocy. lol
also, if an officer in searching someone and it is immediately apparent through manipulation of the object is illegal contraband that officer has the legal right to now go into the pocket and pull it out.

@Adplusamequalsadam nope. .17. It must be that goofy way we have of measuring things over here. For decades the legal limit was below .10. Then they changed it to .08. The states set their own limits.

When you react to videos it’s common courtesy among the better youtubers to watch the videos sponsored ad and maybe even post the sponsored ad in the description. Not just skip it like you did. You are basically stealing his content because I guess you didn’t get permission from the creator. And i know it’s fair use but it’s still scummy and low effort to just skip the ad placement.
They link to the original video so the original content creator can get the view and the sponsor revenue. I rarely see anyone ever play the ad on a video. Maybe we're just watching different people on UA-cam, though.
@@Out-Of-Service the other creator only gets a view if someone decides to watch the video again and of course that sometimes happens but raley unless its a music video. reactions videos can be good for some smaller channels since they get publicity but bigger channels get nothing out of it and i just thought it was a bit scummy to skip doughnut operators invideo sponsor. i have been watching the office blokes for a while now and i feel like the quality of their reaction videos has fallen in the last year or so, just thought they could do the respectable thing and at least watch the sponsor.
