As soon as I saw 'running out' I knew this was nonsense. That Cu is vital is clear, that it is recyclable and IS recycled is also clear. The future resource of society is (minus loses to landfill/atmosphere - trivial compared to the total resource) is in use already and SHOULD come back at EOL. Market (i.e. price) signals will ensure that. So rising prices of copper (as with food) SHOULD change how we view all resources.
All the copper ever melted is still in circulation and every country in the world has got some copper and Net Zero has been sabotaged already by greed.
