The 3 times we hear someone say Harry has Lily's eyes it hits hard; with Remus it's because it's someone who was a close friend of her's. With Sirius it's because they're family. With Severus it's because this is someone who has been seen as an enemy of sorts but has always been a secret protector
It's funny how no one realized that the elder wand was already Harry's. The moment he disarmed Draco when they escaped with Dobby, that was when the allegiance of the elder wand went from Draco to Harry. The elder wand was Draco's when he disarmed Dumbledore in The Half-Blood Prince.
Alan Rickman was told of this in secrecy since day 1 of the first film. He was the only one to know, this fact led to animated discussions between him and the directors.
I dont see how, seeing as though at least two movies were made before the last book was written
@@paulthompson2231 First, it wasnt day 1, it was after the first or second film because alan rickman didnt want to play snape anymore so JK decided to tell him the end.
Second, JK Rowling wrote the last chapter of the 7th book before she wrote the 5th book. Could have been earlier but I know for sure that it was before the 5th book
It's remarkable to me how many people just don't get it. So many just watch these films with a surface level understanding of what's happening.
It's literally explained by Quirrell in the first movie that Snape was protecting Harry and Hogwarts at every chance. And when you see Snape's memories james and his crew were bullies and jerks but he never said anything bad against Lilly.
Tbf I heard book makes this more obvious. (i havent read the books myself so idk)
Totally agree, and I feel the same way about how Game of Thrones ended, particularly the choices Dany makes has gotten SO much hate. I'm like... Um, what show were you watching? Did you really expect a happy ending after all the terrible sh!t she went through, and the history of her family? She was always going to burn it all down.

Yes, same here on both points. I recently watched the previous reactions to "Snape's memories" video & the one dude from The Normies (wearing the Santa top) was so thick headed & vulgar, even the other dude was irritated by his stupid remarks about Snape & Lily as young kids. The two women also called him out for it. 🙄
I recently finished watching Just Trust Ash (& Hannah's) reaction to Lord of the Rings trilogy - very entertaining & funny. I'm about to watch their reaction to the entire Harry Potter series. Hannah recently discovered Stranger Things & it is such a run ride watching her react to it. 😂

I love that in the films Harry and his mother did NOT in fact have the same eyes. They didnt cast an actress that even remotely had Daniel's eyes
It’s crazy how everyone didn’t think snape was in on it and was a good guy all along and the wand belonged to Harry after Malfoy disarmed Dumbledore then malfoy was disarmed by Harry so the wand was his from that point
The books had a more brutal death for Snape, since he was enclosed in a magic bubble and left at the mercy of Nagini. Snape's backstory was also less sympathetic due to his fallout with Lily, and reporting the prophecy to Voldemort which led to the Potters' deaths. His long double agent role for Dumbledore is his whole redemption arc.
I always thought the potters would died anyway, they didnt ha a chance against voldemort in that war... revealing the profecy made possible to know that there was someone Who could defeat Voldemort
So, is this going to be a two-parter like the movie? I feel we need to see reactions after the visit to the pensieve.

Voldemort seems to have used a nonverbal Sectum Sempra curse on Snape; Nagini's bites (yes, her venomous nature is mentioned in From the HARRY POTTER WIKI: "The venom produced from the snake-form of the Maledictus, Nagini, was an extremely potent poison that prevented the wounds of the victim from healing." Recall Mr. Weasley's snake bite wounds (received while guarding the Dept. of Mysteries in "HP&t Order of the Phoenix") not healing, even dissolving the STITCHES he experimented with, while in St. Mungo's, where the doctor there tried Muggle-style medical measures?!

i hate snape so much
3:50 its so upsetting that george couldn't get past his chinese upbringing for these movies. he didnt open up his emotions one bit the entire series. so many moments he was just analyzing on a surface level instead of being open and honest with his heart and emotions. Really ruins the reaction to the movies on their patreon. Hopefully one day he learns how to just let go. I do not recommend paying to watch them.
