I have the same problem but a little worse. Recently got custody full time of all 3 of my boys..my newly 4year old hair wasn't taken care of . I don't want to cut it but idk how to get him to sit for this
My 11 y/o locs are about this length and I was really struggling trying to figure out how I was going to detox his locs. I needed to see this video so I knew how to position him. Thank you
Perhaps a little rolled towel under his neck might make things a bit for comfortable for him? I saw another video with a mother using Dawn dish soap on her daughter's locs and it looked really effective.
Thank you ❤️ My 2 year old's hair gets lint because he likes to roll and play all over the floor. It's an ongoing battle. Of course he doesn't want to sit and have me try to pick everything out. I never seem to get it all either.
@@shantelakeyonne3562 it did help last night I did the acv then I washed with Dr bronners and did a cold water rinse most of the lint came out but there's just a lil bit still left I think Might try the brush method to get the rest
Omg 😂🤣that is funny. I totally know the feeling. We have to just let them be boys and not stress so much about their heads. But try the detox hopefully it will help out and let me know how it goes.
Currently struggling with this issue with my 11year old, we didn’t even get to do properly because she started complaining and crying that it’s teeeww much😮💨😩
Good job mama. You really made a dent in removing the build up. I don’t think my 4 year old will sit still for acv but I am gonna try
He is a very calm kid most of the time. Good luck.
I don’t know if my 3 year old will sit for this but she surely needs it. Thank you for this tutorial.
Thanks for watching
You’re welcome!!! This child has turned 4 and still fights like Tyson when I try to do it...smhlol

Yes I normally use a pool noodle but his hair was not long enough to get in the mixture. Thanks I will try it.
Dawn definitely works well.❤️

Nice job! Thanks for this! My son also has a lot of lint buildup. Girl you got some patience I hope my 5 yr will sit through it.
You surely need patience when you are doing children hair. Because they will get so dramatic.
i was wondering how and where to do it... lying on the counter and using kitchen sink is a great idea, thanks!!!
Glad I could help. Thanks for watching

Wait I’m confused do you have to put the baking soda on the hair or not cause she put it in the water
You can do both I just didn’t do it on his head.
THANKS SO MUCH!
No thank you for watching
I wish my son would sit for this😫
+Dannie Lynn I have been doing his hair since birth on a regular. I think that what helped me
Chill mom with the grip I neck hurt for him
It’s just looked like I was rough. I was gentle I promise.
Hi is this as well as weekly shampoos?
Hi. I only do this as needed. But no more than once or twice a year.
My son saw his and said oh he my twin mama...smh its a mess and I'm tired of picking my life away just for it to look the exact same
