Yes agreed. I put a basic rectangle pool spa combo in with 94 perimeter 13,300 gallons with 600 sqft of concrete decking for 65k. That’s on a new construction home with both lots empty to me with plenty of access. It’s pretty shocking how expensive pools have gotten.
