    Wow. Talk about xenophobic laws. Like, what does Minnesota have against importing fruit from other locations?

    What's funny is that this law is less strict than others. Want to say your wine is from california 75% of your wine should be from California. France is even higher. To be called burgundy 95% of grapes is to be from burgundy. The requirement isn't to put you out of business it's to protect what is Minnesota wine.

      As for the acidity issue, grow grapes that do better in colder climates such as riesling and pinot instead of chardonnay and cabernet
