Hi Michelle- I want to thank you for this meditation, and for all the meditations you have created and posted to your UA-cam channel. I discovered you/them a month or so ago while searching for some good guided meditations around self love and healthy boundaries. I am working on rewiring the negative thinking, self limiting beliefs, and healing some childhood trauma and wounds that have been holding me back in life. Michelle, I can’t tell you how grateful I am, for your meditations have had a profound, positive impact on my healing journey. It’s ironic in that most of them are 4-5 years old, but they are new to me and so well done….. and more importantly, incredibly helpful and effective. Plz lmk how I can donate to your channel.
