What is lowest Fahrenheit temp that this can be installed at? We see -27F nights here in NY

Very cold, the manufacturer says -25°C which is -13°F, so it doesn't work, and also at -25°C it does not make more than 45°C.

Hi, I see in the end of this video that monoboc is not good if you have minus T in the winter. But the advertisements say that it will work just great. We have winters up to -15°C, but mainly around -7°C to -10°C. Do you think Monobloc should be ok as our solution? Thanks.

Hi, the problem is not that it does not work but in case of a power failure we must make sure that the water in the system does not freeze, this means that we can not only use water in the system but a mixture of water and propylene glycol.
This introduces some additional costs and changes in the operation of the heat pump, because the propylene glycol mixture has a lower heat transfer coefficient than plain water.
I hope you found the explanation useful and I can tell you briefly that it works, but be aware of the new costs and changes in operating parameters.

there's a solution with release valve, that empties water from heat pump if temperature of water drops near freezing point..

Does the controller comes with a monoblock or is purchased separately?

Hi, yes, it is already equipped with a new remote controller which supports various functions. See here: ua-cam.com/video/ETWcgxaWb7o/v-deo.html

1:32 Making 65C even at cold winter temperatures! Reliable even up to -25C outdoor!
6:08 nah, if it gets under 0C don't buy it
You either don't know something or they are straight up lying. If their performance is measured with water - then it won't work reliable in extremely cold weather (as you claim and they are contradicting it) and if their performance is measured with glycol then you claim that they are lying about the performance numbers.
    So which one is it?
