What's really funny is they weren't playing live. If you look closely the cops are grabbing their instruments, but the track was prerecorded and kept playing. The cops were like wtf!! 😂 I believe it was during the occupy walstreet movement, or near that time. They really did shut down the stock market halfway through that trading day, destabilizing the market, causing a lot of companies to lose those record profits due to civil instability.
This song predates Occupy Wall Street by a decade.

That's why Guiliani announced they wouldn't be playing. They didn't get a concert permit, but they DID get a video shooting permit. The cops stopped them down and shut down the NYSE anyways.

It wasn't just the artistic differences, though that was the main reason. They pretty much weren't communicating by the end. Look up the backstory on this video, it's interesting. For one thing, director Michael Moore had the guy holding the Trump sign as a joke--Trump was running for President but it was treated as a joke that anyone would vote for him up until 2016.

The first guy is Rudy Giuliani, then those puppets later on were George W Bush, Al Gore, and I think Dick Cheney.
