It's very odd how disrupting a GPS signal can have such far-reaching consequences, and I wonder, in the event of a general war, how civil activities could take place with no reliable GPS signals. To hedge against this, the US, Russia, China and Europe all have independent GPS constellations, which are all vulnerable to interference. All of the same countries can jam or disrupt, GPS signals. In the UK, any pilot will be aware of frequent NOTAMs advising GPS jamming trials at RAF Spaeadam. The Russians have improved their capability against NATO-supplied weapons, especially drones and HIMAR, which have been highly susceptible to ECM countermeasures.

NATO is more upset that their weapons are being jammed and therefore rendered useless.They don't care about civilian lives. Remember these are the same people who are openly talking about bombing a bridge which is used by thousands of civilians everyday.

GMLRS & ATACMS missiles and the HIMARS system work as well using INS.

No,silly, military GPS works on multiple, constant changing frequencies..afterall...we invented GPS, we know how to do it....besides we also use a new system called M-Code....you can't jam. Again, that's what happens when you are the world leader in everything!
No, pilots normally use inertial navigation as well as GPS. So do many weapons systems now. For the weapons INS isn't as accurate. Then there are laser guided weapons. They are highly accurate and can't be jammed. Weather can cause problems for them or anything that can block the laser designator. Then there is computer calculated bombing with unguided dumb bombs. Our pilots seemed to practice using dumb bombs more than anything else. 40 years ago I was a Weapons Systems Specialist in the USAF. I have forgotten as much as I could about it since then. I almost forgot the TV guided weapons like AGM 65 Maverick. There is more than one variety of Maverick.
