The Rollercoaster Climb - RideHub Trail Physics

In this episode of Trail Physics, RideHub's Principal Instructor Matt Trotter looks at the considerations and techniques used during technical climbs, and more specifically, the climb on the #squamish blue trail Rollercoaster in the Alice Lake riding zone. Matt will cover the most common errors he sees with students that are struggling with this technical climbing section and some of the techniques that can be used to drive towards more successful outcomes on more straightforward technical climbs. By focusing your energy (both focus and physical) in the right place, you can see results on climbs like this more consistently.

Nice video as always! Suggestion for another video on a similar feature… the uphill bridge into the steep rock halfway through Rupert. Dunno why but that one always gives me trouble.
