Well done, mate! Welcome to the sport! You seem to look a little heavy for the atom 80, but I might be wrong. A bigger engine would shorten your run significantly, though! Around 1:41 it sounded like either something hit the prop (maybe your glider bag? Happened to me before) or your engine had a hiccup, which you should investigate (I've had a similar sound when a piston ring broke on my 2T bike). Other than that, very good for a third flight! The sky is not the limit anymore! Have fun! 🪂🪂🪂
Thanks, I’m about 220lbs. Planning on getting a bigger engine soon. Using the 80 helps me learn the basic skills. Hope to get another flight here soon.
Phew! Had me worried there for a bit. Two things I would note (and you probably already know) was a little early on the throttle, and you need to lean back as soon as you’re on power. And try not to land on your windsock. ;) I know. I know. That’s 3 things. :)
haha, doesnt it always go that way. Wide open field, fixate and hit the one thing out there. Maybe line up for final approach, with a little more room and height. Thanks for the vid, you're really making that Atom work for it. Also, amazing. 2,100 views in 8 days with 23 subscribers.
Taking offs at null wind are challenging. Lean bacward while running, it helps a lot.

Power forwards will bite you. Get a bigger motor and life will be much easier.
He looks much heavier than he appears!
Oh yeah, progressing toward that.

How much did you give for that rig? And where did u get it? I live in arkansas as well right in the heart of it.
It isn’t mine it’s the schools gear that I’m using. www.paramotorarkansas.com is a dealer as well.
