Both hummus and salmon yum. The dessert oh my, so fresh and beautiful, he has so much passion and puts love into his dishes.

Hi Joe loving these vids as we're coming back to Madiera in January. My question is what's it like at that time of year? I know the weather is cooler but do the bars, restaurants and cafes all stay open through the quieter months? Cheers. 👍
well... you might not be swimming in the sea and maybe not see the sun every day, but it can still be pleasant. everything will be open, don't you worry about that
