Would really like to see the French version of this home.
We always must have a large enough Guarage to park 2 vehicles without banging the Doors when opening them.
A Guarage is also a pace of wood working or hobby and crafts so a deep and wide Guarage is always appreciated and can be the deciding factor as long as the home meets the requirements of the buyer

I would not have the upper loft open to the below. I remember my kids, and now with my grandkids, and it would not be long before someone went sailing over the edge of the open places. Solid walls for me!

Beautiful home but I would enclose the “office” off the front door for noise control and put glass onto the 2nd floor balcony rail and half wall to prevent my kitties from falling over the edge.

I think this is my favorite Olivia so far. I like the positioning of the half bath and agree that the cute light theme should continue into other parts of the house. I like the tile and tub/shower in the master bathroom. The long toilet room was different. Maybe enlarge the first closet and shorten that space? Like the pantry as a pantry. Why does bedroom 3 closet have to be in the bathroom? What do people use the tiny counter space next to the fridge for? Could the second master closet be turned into a sitting room or workout room?

My god, I will have to agree, I like this one the best of everything I have seen.
Polished wood stairs are a deathtrap for kiddos in sock feet. They slip. I'm a fuzzy socks in the winter kind of person myself and I've taken a slide or two down pretty polished stairs. They look nice but something you won't slip on is a must. I guess you could live your life in grip tread slippers but where's the fun in that? My at home hours are spent free and barefooted with thick fuzzy socks when it's cold.
just add those transparent stick-on non slip pads on the steps
@@lunacabrio2172 You'd kind of have to, though I'd then be concerned they would ruin the finish on the wood and eventually have not-pretty scuffed and peeling stairs. No point in complaining though, ya gotta do what you gotta do. 😁

Good afternoon will you ever do a tour of a the Windsor model from Schumacher??
Like the bedrooms in all of these so far and the light fixtures I like some in here more than others. The master bath is nice. But wouldn't call it my favorite yet. Not sure what is but that runway to the toilet my gosh need a cabinet above and maybe a moving walk way like atthe air port😄😜

I love everything about this home.. especially how the Jack and Jill bath, though I agree the closet in the bathroom just move the door around the corner it would be in the bedroom instead this way the closet is more private for that bedroom occupant. and bathroom be more nuetral ground. otherwise I love it all

Do like that the laundry room is accessible without having to walk into kitchen space.
These house's are so lovely but the master bedrooms are so small. I love the layout of this one, except the size of the MB

I was wondering if my phones color settings were off because the outside color looks like Dove grey and the inside board & batten on the master wall too plus the dark paint color in the flex room looked like a dark graphite grey to me so you have me wondering why I'm seeing colors so different than what you describe.

Really beautiful kitchen but the backsplash just does not go looks very cheap
This isn’t a knock on the designer who selected the flooring color, but rooms with dark floors, especially great rooms, are a challenge to light/brighten during dark days and at night. There is no light reflection off the floor to keep rooms vibrant or glowing. You may like that vibe, but lighting does become challenging if ya don’t.
This is a beautiful home. I think I'm not a 2 story person. It would be cool to see a schumacher home with a FULLY finished basement instead of a second story.

I agree these houses are very nice looking but in my opinion not very practical. The one thing that I have noticed is that they do not have any linen closets. I don't know about everyone else but I have more than one set of sheets and also bedspreads and comforters which can be bulky. I certainly have more than one towel so where do they expect you to store these things? Many people will most likely fill up their closets with clothes and shoes so that's not an option for many people. Whoever designs these houses really needs to keep these types of things in mind. I used to live an an apartment and even that had a nice size linen closet.
Agree that is one of the things I look for because I too have many sets of sheets, pillows and blankets, quilts and towel sets and some extra little throw rugs.
I still don't understand the American obsession for tiny closets for the commode! What's up with that!
