- When did you start kayaking? - When I was 8 years old.
- What do your tattoos mean? My star was just because I thought it looked good. My skull was my reward for winning the marathon world championships in 2010, my triangle on my hand reminds me to keep moving forward and make progress, and my turtle/Pura Vida tattoo on my leg is a reminder of my amazing time in Costa Rica. New tattoos - mountains on my arm & VV on my wrist because I didn't know what I wanted until 5 mins before I got them!
- How do you make money? - UA-cam/Freelance film/photo & my clothing brand
- Do you ship clothing world wide? - We ship to most countries.
- What editing program do you use? - Premier Pro CC on Mac
- Did you go to university? - No
- Why do yo buy so many cameras? I'm a photographer & film maker, cameras / lenses are my thing.
- Why aren't you training for kayaking anymore? - I see new opportunities everyday, I'm just grabbing them as they appear and keep working hard, right now that's UA-cam & Film. I'm happy I made the change!
- How long do your vlogs take to edit? - They vary massively, sometimes 1 hour sometimes 6+

This was one of my favorite places we hiked in. You captured it beautifully Ben. And that helicopter ride to the plateau - easily one of the most beautiful places ever been. Love that you did these vlogs. Such a gift.

Ben, I like that when you have, your not afraid to show that you live with your family and have a great relationship with your parents. I like that you include your mom in your vlogs when you can. Your parents seem like wonderful people.
Through your Vlogs, my interest in these arctic region has grown a lot. The shot at around 2:40 are just awesome. It's so simpel but yet amazing how everything looks. No trees anywhere but still majestic af. Love your Arctic Diary vlogs so much, could watch them forever!

I've been subscribed for a very, very long time (like literally from your first vlog but hate saying that because it always feels like I'm lying when I write that) and can honestly say the Costa Rica (first trip you went on - Contiki one) were my favourite videos you ever did. However, these Arctic videos are absolutely breathtaking. Thank you for showing me a part of the world I may never get to see!
