This must have taken years to build all of this, if I had this whole thing I would spend countless hours looking at in action! Such an amazing build(s)
Wow😳, this looks like miniature scale models like in a movie or a television show from back in the 1970s and the 1980s, it's amazing how the miniature scale models can interact like the real vehicles😊❤👍
Great video! I loved the music choice. I also really liked how you kept changing scenes/clips every couples of seconds, it kept up interest and there was always something exciting to see just around the corner. Keep up the awesome work! :D
The miniature railway in Clécy, Normandie, France is less elaborate than this one, but still a lovely stop on the way between a few of the major cities in the area. Like this one, it has a night mode and it's simply magic when all the little lights come on.
They have like 300 employees... "his light bills"... Doesn't quite add up. But yes, the electricity bills are quite high. But nothing compared to the personell costs😂
Is the whole thing coordinated and pre-programmed, with all of the vehicles and other moving parts, or does every piece goes along its circuit with programing to react to those near it, to avoid collisions or the such?
It looks so amazing, all of the little moving things, lights and color chance from day to knight all the detail on the plains, cars ,bildings, roads and meny athor small things is fanominal 👍👍👍👍
Omg absolutely brilliant...love it 😍💕... when I was a child I only had plasticine to use my imagination with, I use to make little people, cars and houses without roofs so I could put my little families in, swing parks etc I loved those times not a care in the world 😊
0:50 about this miniature Wonderland it's in Germany I'm good you just imagine if it was in America or UK or something that will be insane but this looks incredibly so cool
loverly. now imagining in my head functional model airport with flying plane models - model planes - ? buzzing around and occasionally landing... is this a thing? well, it'd definitively work with miniature helicopters.
Hamburg, Germany. Visiting might be bit tricky right now due to Covid. They are running at only 25% visitor capacity to allow for social distancing; and you never know if there is going to be another lockdown.
It has several sections, each with their own theme. Some are entirely fictional, others are loosely based on real places. Yes, one of them is based on Hamburg, including a model of the building it's in :)
Just when I thought it couldn't get any cooler, it turned to night mode!
thats what she said
yep
i know it's quite off topic but does anybody know of a good website to stream newly released series online ?
@Oakley Reyansh I watch on FlixZone. You can find it on google :)
@Oakley Reyansh Lately I have been using Flixzone. You can find it on google =)
Boi. If i had those, I'd spend a year staring at those.
I’d spend ALL MY LIFE staring at those.
Imagine the constant maintenance ' ?
The maintenance person would be
staring at all those gadgets, lights, timers day and night.
I’d be godzilla
@@tonichecavalari5956.
Imma buy batman and play with it all day
Should've randomly included tilt shift shots from around London and seen how long it would take us to catch on. Jokes aside, super cool stuff!
@Noah Genberg tilt shift photos are made using focus points to make pictures taken from high places look like miniatures...
My childhood dreams in a simple video
I don't know why this makes me feel relaxed but it does so thank you cause that's not an easy thing to do.
This must have taken years to build all of this, if I had this whole thing I would spend countless hours looking at in action! Such an amazing build(s)
Thanks Matt, have a great night, and a brilliant 2017... and keep filming!
Miniatur Wunderland! This was one of my favourite attractions in Hamburg and Matt you made it look amazing!
and I though my train set was cool with two levels, some trees, a platform and some bushes.
At least it is yours and you can focus on what you like.
Don't worry, ANY train set is small compared to MiWuLa. They now have Italy including Vesuvio...
no its cool. I havent even seen it and it sounds awesome
Your trainset is cool!
Im sure its amazing :)

this is like every kids dream right here but...2 seconds later crash!Wreaks the whole model or to them play set

This place was one of the reasons I went to Hamburg last year. The level of detail is insane.
I was exactly here 6 years ago 😢i miss my childhood 😭😭😭😭
If this was an actual city, it would have the best city award every year
This is absolutely fantastic. My new favorite thing I never knew I wanted!
Amazing! Thanks for the tip on what to do in Hamburg during the unreasonable long transfer time
Beware of the size and the extreme amout of detail. I have visited the MiWuLa for five hours, but will visit it for a few days next time!
I remember seeing a model city out of lego when I was little, this is so cool
One of my favourite places on earth. And I live reasonably close to it, which is very nice.

Bruh, his light bills must be through the roof.
It's an entire building, so yeah
@DarkPurple smart

That's solar energy for you my friend.
I now remembered no one stops me from watching these videos ❤
Imagine adding a Shin Godzilla model in the middle of the city
Or an alligator

@Creativecke exactly
I've wanted to go here for ages! Looks amazing

I remembered Thomas and friends after watching this ❤️❤️
Seeing your videos, frees my mind
That is insane!!! Loved the shuttle. :-). Thanks for the vid!

Would have been awesome if I had known that you went to Hamburg... I could have done a meeting with you and Tom
This is pretty amazing. Super cool dude. Great job 👍!
So beautiful to watch
I can just hear Matt's laugh at 1:30 :P That looks like a lot of fun!
He didn’t laugh
I like trains but its nice for a change to see other things moving also.
this is weirdly peaceful, thankyou
There is much crime in the MiWuLa - for example a shooting, a meth lab and bank robbers (the police is already waiting).
0:50 about this miniature Wonderland it's in Germany I'm good you just imagine if it was in America or UK or something that will be insane but this looks incredibly so cool
This is unbelievable... This guy is an institution is in itself...Mind blowing...
I've always wanted to go there, maybe one day ☺
This is amazing. Cool working airport!
Wow thanks to show it. I cant imagine how long you got that hard work
At 1:18 I laughed when the gondola hit the building...
I’m a special kind of simple.
That is mind blowing! Love it!
Have you seen the Fire department in Knuffingen there? 🤩 The MiWuLa is the greatest thing ever
Amazing. City. Scale. Gorgeous
If I had all this I would play with this ALL THE TIME
The night mode was simply amazing.
This. Is. So. Awesome!
I didn't know you had a video of Miniatur Wunderland!
I haven't been there yet.
walking in a winter wonderland
Absolutely cool! Thanks for sharing!
How much was this set fully cost you?
It was about €20 to enter the museum
@@MattGrayYES really
The city is really amazing
good .It is awesome.but from where you bought the remote control airplanes
Please tell.
The airplanes are made by the model makers of the Miniatur Wunderland.
This nearly made me cry it’s so cool
simply the best i have seen.
Wow! That’s quite impressive! 🍺😎👍
1:22 yoo is there any places that look like that in real life with the mountains in the background?.
That is pretty impressive.
It's awsome that it has the transrapid!
loverly. now imagining in my head functional model airport with flying plane models - model planes - ? buzzing around and occasionally landing... is this a thing? well, it'd definitively work with miniature helicopters.
Actually I can visit that every weekend because it‘s my hometown (Hamburg, Germany) but not right now because of Corona
It also has a small figure of Michael Portillo from when he visited for his great rail journeys of Europe series 😑
That‘s in Hamburg right?
Imagine you are small and humans cleans up everything you will live an perfectly normal life
Wow!! You made a very nice city I like it very much
also, HOW isn't this their official promo yet!!??
The moving car, is it remote controlled or follow the route set
Computer controlled. Search for Faller Car System.
I can just imagine walking around in a Godzilla costume in this
Awesome, but I misread that at "Minotaur" and am now wondering if there's some bull/related livery somewhere in that model.
It's really amazing . Wowwwww
Did it take a long time to build it?
Six years for planning and building of the airport section.
what was that server rack thing?
this is next level
This is the kind of thing I can only dream of building
Wow! Those items are electronic
Amazing! I want one of these one day
If i was a kid and my family owns it
I WOULD PLAY EVERYDAY
I like to live as miniature man in this miniature world..
You are, in the eyes of God.
Just pure amazement
the nice view of big city
How you make that omg I want it so badd
I know what I want for Christmas.
Did you find the miniature hacker camp?
Where is this wonderland thing is because it’s really cool and I want to go where it is

@@mattb4721 ok thanks
I had a dream I was here once as a little kid without knowing of this existence
Can someone tell me how the vehicles run on proper path with tracks ?
And also where can I get them?
Search for Faller Car System.
I love it! Looks amazing, If only I had the resources to build something like that... :P
Is it a model *of* Hamburg? Or any real city?
"Huge Model City With Working Airport: Miniatur Wunderland"
It has elements from all round the world but it isn't all one exact real place.
It has several sections, each with their own theme. Some are entirely fictional, others are loosely based on real places. Yes, one of them is based on Hamburg, including a model of the building it's in :)
With a working miniature replica of itself, containing said replica infinitely?
There are various country sections, the miniature city is fictional though (called Knuffingen)
How nice is that. Would design one myself
How are the cars moving by themself??
Faller Car System
So I’m a beginner in models and I was wondering how long this took
Just the airport took 6 years.
Which country
Germany
How many time you spend to build this
Ja, das Miwu ist schon toll
freakn phenomenal!!!
