Chinese Style Steamed Pomfret Fish with Soy Sauce | Easy Chinese Recipes | 蒸斗低鲳食谱

This is an Easy Chinese Style Steam Fish Recipe. In this video, I used Pomfret Fish but you can use any white fish for this method.
Ingredients:
1 Pomfret Fish (350 grams)
3 tablespoon vegetable oil
3-4 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
Garnishing:
Spring Onion
