Most manufacturers either do that or put them in a compound so that you can’t repair them. Then you can go back and pay for some more overpriced, junky electronics, making the greedy rich richer.
@@rv10flyer84 Yeah, I've found one way is to determine the areas you want to check, use acetone to soften them up followed by smothing to scrape with and/or use the tiny wire brush style dental tool. It still adds a lot of time, but way better that trying to poke through with a probe at the stubborn points...which are all of them. Heat might work as well.

How would you get a voltage without power?
The ic number has been deleted, how can I find out what it is?
