Smiley's is always a crazy colorful experience. We found a few deals here, we found some people who were valuing their stuff way to high, and a lot of people selling toys and junk they bought the day earlier at local goodwill's for 4X what they paid.
We have found that if you want to find good deals, you must get there and be walking in by no later than 7. The real pickers get there early, and so did we!

Introducing our "new" accents. We have garnered a reputation around here, and it makes it harder to get good deals when people know who you are.....Sooooo, we have been taking classes and training on the Midwestern Accent-Neutral Accent. What do you guys think? We dressed to assimilate, and changed our speech patterns. Sure, it's a lot of work to disguise yourself, but if it means finding better deals, then we will make it happen!
