what causes anterior shoulder discomfort/pain leaning over (like going to pet a cat on the ground) To clarify, say you reached down with your right hand to pet the cat while keeping your left arm in the air while maintaining a degree of scapula adduction.
I don´t completely understand the movement you are describing. Anyways, it´s always hard to diagnose something from afar. Therefore, the best suggestion we can give is always to go see you local physio!
With shoulder stability what does it mean if you hear a clunk? im a physio assistant teaching myself knowledge to aid my work. I look forward to hearing from you
Love your videos! Please demonstrate a Bear Hug Test too! Thank you!! Bear Hug Test: patint's hand placed on the opposite shoulder and therapist tries to lift the patients wrist while the patient resists. Inability to hold the position because of weakness or pain may indicate subscapularis pathology.

@@surajmishra432 Try to avoid overhead stuff. While you i can. It might be Because of too much overhead stress. I suggest looking up AIOS. ( Acquired instability overstress Surgery ) no worries you dont need surgery. Start with looking up how to get full control over your Rotator cuff muscles ( Infraspinatus ) You need to be able to have good controll over them. also excentric excersices for the rotator cuff are good ones you got good controll.
Hai I feel like my right shoulder pops out of the socket for a second while applying opposite force or while blocking the ball while playing , it's prevented when I use a shoulder support but is it srthimg to be worried about I've gone to doctors they just ask me to do physio whih didn't really help that's when when I started going for ayurveda they solve the pain but the problem arises again after 7 months to be exact
You don’t even touch the clavicle through your right hand fingers, how you are going to stabilise it.The examiner should stabilises the shoulder with one hand over the clavicle and scapula.
So some movement of the glenohumeral joint is considered normal? 25% to the front and 50% to the rear?
I have exam and your videos help me

Closed chain exercises are helpful for shoulder instability. Not sure what you did in physio. Some patients do require surgery

Supine position may also be more comfortable and stable for the patient. ;-)
True, thanks for the input
How to relocate it?
the test aims at identifying capsular laxity and not dislocate the GH joint.
