I found some old glass bottles in this holler in the woods and I took them home and cleaned them up. And turned them into decorative lanterns by putting those string lights in it. And then I gave it to my family as a Christmas gift!
This is only part of the 3 hours of digging.....I have many more to wash. (I carried them out of the woods at once and it wasn't something I liked but I'd do it again. 😂)
@bouncerslabrealnature9143 I'm not a bottle collector. I knew someone who made homemade wine. Homemade wine stains the bottles. He would pour a bit of 20 Mule Team Borax (in laundry detergent aisle) into the clear bottle with hot water and leave it soak 5 minutes. Voila, clean as a whistle. Just thought I'd share.
