i cant get the the audio on usb reproduction of any film do you know wich video format does it work with?and do anyone know where to find update software??thanks
I purchased one for my dad, but we can't get audio to play from the DVD player using the HDMI connection. Did you have this issue? The smart DVD player plays video and audio when streaming Netflix, but only video and no audio when playing DVDs
In the description on Amazon there is a "Notice" in the description that is probably the reason for the issue you're having. This is what they wrote to rectify the problem. "Due to copyright issues, this projector not support Dolby sound. If there is no sound when playing videos like Netflix, turn off Dolby sound on your connected devices or apps. (Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio > Dolby Digital Output > and then turn Dolby Digital (OFF); If no sound when you connect to DVD, please choose "PCM" sound input mode to ensure the sound working" Your problem most likely just in the sound settings, hdmi supplies video and sound to the projector. I prefer to run my sound through my home theater for better quality and Dolby. Instead of the projector for the movie sound. But if you are outside that's something you can't avoid Let me know how you make out. Thanks for the question I hope this helps.

Can you explain the color shift at 19:25 also gaming seems laggy to me vs. a regular monitor? Maybe it's the server you are connecting to?

I'm having problems with the internal speakers. I'm connected to a blue ray via hdmi and I get no sound. help
Make sure your Blue ray is not set on Dolby sound. I read it somewhere that the projector doesn't play Dolby.
