The Heart-Melting Story Of Wojtek, The Soldier Bear

If Poland attacked Germany, why for all the time soldiers fought on Polis land? From the first day to the defeat of Poland no Polish soldiers fought on German land. By your logic if Poland started ww2 and was easly defeated, why war didn't end in October 1939?
Poland was defeated in a month, France nearly the same amount of time, while having more soldiers and better equipment.
Polish soldiers fought in Battle of England and Polish squadron was one of the best. They bear away Monte Cassino. Polish soldier Witold Pilecki volounteer to Aushwitz and thanks to him whole world got to know what Germans done in death camps.

Unfortunately not everything was a great as it might seem. A bear had mental health problems while in the zoo. He spent 16 years in 10 m2 small room, he didn't like other bears. After the war Poland was under occupation of ZSRR. Polish-communist government tried to bring the bear home, but British refused, maybe rightfully so, polish war heroes were being hunted down by communists so they may have lied about Wojtek, possibly saying that he fought for soviets. Either way, his last years were pretty sad, they live 30-40 years on average, so he passed way faster than it should.

@@roger8506 it's crazy how you write so much yet none of them is true. A bear's life expectancy is only 20-30 years. Mental health problem? Did you speak to him or what? 10m2 small room? According to whom? and again with all that bullshit you write.. He was constantly visited by his friends and soldiers in the post world war. They would oftenly gift him food and wrestle with him. His favorite things to do is getting drunk and eating cigarettes. That's his life. Sure being in a zoo is hard but it's because most animals in the zoo can't survive in the wild. If the baby bear was left alone in the wild without its mother in the first place,it would surely die to other predators as he was as small as a little dog.
