One trick I'm using to help me learn this is changing the speed of the video to 0.75 that way it goes just s tiny bit slower and i can get used to the chord transition! I started at 0.5 speed but now I'm doing 0.75

Mute all string then practice as much as you can , learn few strumming pattern, practice simultaneously and remember you don't need to touch all string specially in upstrum ,one or two string is enough( I figure that's where people struggle more)
