Nice little walk down the Mall and st James Gardens … gives a different perspective . Can I make a request … any chance of a tour and guard change at Windsor Castle ..for those that don’t know is another of the royal residences ..apparently the late queen Elizabeth spent most of her time there … oh and a nice walk through Windsor town centre , especially on the guard change route from Victoria Barracks …please please please …pretty please …🫶🏻🫶🏻

I am from Canada and an avid follower of your channel. Through your channel I got myself acquainted of this area. I visited London last July 17-19, 2024 and so glad to witness the changing of the guards. We went to see the Horse Guards parade too. I was so excited. Thank you. Now that I am still and will continue to watch your channel, I am proud to say that I have been there and saw and witnessed the changing of the guards up close and personal ❤️. So, this is what happens before the horses come through the tunnel, into the tiltyard, where the Troopers dismount---gorgeous sound and lead into the stables!! Have not seen it before! Absolutely loved it. Thankyou so much. Always love the greens and birds.❤❤😊😊
I loved horseguards when we were there. They look fantastic. Can’t wait to see them again next time we visit London. Looks like great weather unlike here in Australia. Bring on summer 🇦🇺

Thanks for taking and showing us around the Household Cavalry. One of my favorite place to come by. The Horse Guards look absolutely stunning and dashing their cuirassiers chest armor (I know the History of it on how our British Cavalry, goes back from the Napoleonic War 1804-1815, we won the War under Duke of Wellington in Battle of Waterloo). I’d prefer seeing in their redcoats uniform cuz they look like the French Republican Guards 💪🇬🇧🟥👑🦁🌹💂♂️💂🐎🎡🚢🍵👊

Colorado. USA. 🇺🇸 was stationed with. Her Majesty The Queens. 4/5. Royal Marines. During. the Gulf. War. Doing there military duty. Away from Ceremonies duty. When they switch back and forth. I have their. Shoulder patch. The Royal Air Force. Has been to Colorado too.
That what I thought Royals live within walls of the inner living quarters. As you said King lives elsewhere but sounds like it’s for ceremonial occasions.
King Charles resides at Clarence house in London. He has other residences, including Sandringham Estate. Additionally, he also stays at Balmoral Castle in Scotland during certain times of the year 👑
@@lindaSee89Buckingham Palace is the Official Royal Residence and when the King is in residence there his official Standard (flag) is flying above the Palace. Clarence House is his preferred home in London and has been for many years.
@@lindaSee89where our UA-camr is when he mentioned St James palace, on the backside so to speak of of St James palace will be Clarence House. He has some other videos where you can catch a slight view of Clarence House
