I was a huge naysayer at the beginning because I wanted a purely cannon interpretation. But I'm eating my words. It is fantastic and they've actually improved some of the story lines and characters. It's a brilliant and honors the source material but is it's own thing too. Watch it.

Dude the parallels between Daniel and Armand and how he sees himself and how he really is and how Louis sees him and the purpose he serves for him in their relationship. I am stunned. "Like (honey and pineapple) on your tongue" I screamed! Also "ignore him, he'll be back" oh my goddddddd.
